Bobby's POV:
I am currently just so done with life right now. It took so long to get to Incheon International Airport by taxi. I'm never doing that again. Because of the traffic, by the time I got to the airport school was already over.
I walked through the entrance where my aunt had been waiting for the past couple hours. I felt kinda bad for making her wait so long, but she could've at least texted before she boarded her plane back to Korea.
I walked through the large building crowded with people as I looked around in search for my aunt.
I kept thinking of Rose every step I took.
Hm, since school already ended, she must be heading straight home now to wait for me until I come back, just like the angel she is. I doubt she's getting into any trouble right now. I thought to myself.
Just then, I felt a tap on my shoulder, bringing me out of my thoughts. "Finally, I found you Imo," I said, turning around expecting to see my aunt. To my surprise, she wasn't alone. She came back with someone I did not want and did not plan on seeing.
Ever again.
"Hello, son. How are you?" The man in front of me asked, smiling and I stepped back in disbelief.
"Appa?! What are you doing here? Shouldn't you be in America?" I asked him.
"What no hug? Not even a simple greeting, Jiwon-ah." My father said, chuckling.
I ignored my aunt as she scolded me about how that wasn't the right way to greet my father after such a long time. I was too busy staring, dumbfounded that my father was back.
I almost felt guilty by just looking at him. He's not even that old, but he looks as if he could be my grandpa. His skin was sickly pale and he looked as if his whole body was sagging out of weakness. Although he tried hard to pull a smile, I could sense much...pain in those glassy eyes of his.
Why was he here? Does it have to do with me?
I just stood and stared hard at my aunt and father for what seemed like a long time. "I want answers. Now, appa." I demanded out of a mixture of anger and concern. He just sighed and looked at me without saying a word.
My aunt fidgeted around awkwardly until she finally broke the silence. "Um, boys, we should really get going. We don't want to hold the crowd up, making a scene here. I'll get a taxi."
She shooed us in front of her and rushed us outside of the airport before anymore words could be said. Eventually, we got a taxi and were driven a silent, awkward ride all the way home.

Rose's POV:
"I'm home!" I yelled as I walked into Joy's house, shutting the door behind me. Even though Joy's house technically isn't my home, it's not like I haven't been there enough times to call it that.
I walked into the living room to find Joy and Yunhyeong watching a movie together. He had his arm over her shoulder while she snuggled next to him, resting her head on his shoulder. I stood and melted in awe at the sweet sight, but as soon as they noticed me in the room they got startled and quickly moved away from each other. At least a foot apart. I laughed at their cuteness and went upstairs to look for Lei.
"Lei...Leilani Choi! Where are you? Come on, we need to talk." I called out, but there was no response.
I thought she might be hiding in a corner somewhere in a pool of tears, so I looked around the second story for a while. But she was nowhere to be found. I soon became worried.
