I yawned and turned to Ethan was a soft smile as he started to button his white cotton shirt. "You're making me feel like a one night stand." I whined. "Princess, I'm already late. I have to go." he giggled. "Technically this is your fault you know." he mumbled, pulling on his shoes. "How?" I asked and he turned to me, doing a surprisingly good feminine imitation of my voice. "Oh Ethan, stay just a little bit longer! It's only 7! You don't have to go to work for another half hour!" I rolled my eyes and pushed off the covers, revealing my less than fully clothed body. "And it was! You could've left at 7:30!" I said and he narrowed his eyes at me, zipping up his coat. "Love, it's 9:30." "Well, I have a class to go to anyways! So like, whatever." I groaned and he laughed. "Aw, c'mere baby." he smiled and pulled me into his arms, kissing my neck softly. "I love you gorgeous. But I must go to work so I can make enough money to keep this roof over your head, alright?" he giggled and kissed me again. "Well you wouldn't have to work so hard if you'd just let me have a job for once." I said rolling my eyes. "Now why should you have to work if I'm the one takin care of you. You could get a job and earn money and pay some of the bills and help. Or, you could just let me do all the work and buy you everything you want and spoil you while you stay my beautiful princess. I am more comfortable with the latter, aren't you?" he explained and kissed my cheek again before neatly organizing files into his briefcase and backpack. I smiled and surrendered with a quiet "I guess so." and watched as wrote a small note to Dylan, about what I needed to eat and drink, when I needed to do my chores and what they were, and what time he'd be home. I followed Ethan downstairs as he poured himself some coffee and set the note on the table, calling his boss. Most of the conversation was one-sided, but once Ethan walked closer to me I could hear.
"Hello? Damien? I'm running late this morning, I'm so sorry."
"Yeah, no s**t Vincent, you were supposed to be here an hour and a half ago!!! This whole damn company is falling apart without you, Planned Parenthood is tryin ta sue us!!!!"
"Planned Parenthood, we don't work with them?"
"THAT'S WHAT I SAID!"
"Alright alright! I promise I'll be there 10:00 sharp."
"Vincent I swear ta god I'll-"
"Mr. Henderson, the coffee machine broke." an intern said in the background. I heard Damien sigh n frustration.
Vincent?"
"Yes sir?"
"Get your ass over here. NOW."
"Yes sir."
The call ended and Ethan slung his backpack over his shoulder, give me a kiss and telling me he loved me more than anything, taking his coffee and rushing out the door, but not before giving me a long-stemmed red rose.
"I love you too!" I called out and shut the door, noticing the time and date on my phone.

"Okay, about a half hour till Dylan comes in and eats all the food." I mumbled to myself and walked up the stairs before stopping. Sick, how did I feel sick? Leaning on the stairs' handles I gagged and raced up to the bathroom puking my guts out. "Oh god..." I groaned, and hurled once more, coughing up last night's dinner. "Princesa?" I heard downstairs and whimpered, wiping my mouth. "Princesa, sweetie?" he yelled again and I hurled again, hearing him run up the stairs. "Honey? Oh no, gorgeous look at you!" he sighed once he got into the bathroom. "What did you eat?" he asked, tying up my hair with a rubber band he had on his wrist. "I d-don't know!" I moaned and he rubbed my back. "Shh baby girl it's okay. Papa will take care of you okay?" he said calmly and I whimpered, zooming right into my little space. "Okay Papa." I smiled and crawled into his arms. Papa flushed the toilet and grabbed my toothbrush, setting me on his waist. "Okay sweetie, you have to brush your teeth now okay?" he said and I nodded my head.
After we went out of the bathroom he sat me on the kitchen counter and took out some fresh fruit, scrolling through Ethan's directions that were texted to him on his phone. "Strawberries, mangoes, peaches, along milk, sugar, ice. Okay got it. Princesa?" he mumbled to himself, then looked up at me as I twirled the pigtails he made for me. "Yes Papa?" "I want you to go upstairs in the bedroom and get under the covers, and cover your ears okay?" "Why Papa?" I asked and he picked me up, setting me on the floor. "Sweetie, the blender is really, really loud, and I don't want you to get scared. So, go under the covers okay?" "Yes Papa." I nodded and ran off to the bedroom.
Dylan
I turned on the blender and heard her squeal from upstairs, loud thumping from the stairs, and she jumped into my arms. I quickly turned it off and held her, calming her down. "Sshhh, princesa calm down! Why aren't you in the bed?" I frowned and she whimpered. "Protect...Papa, f-f-from da evil bwender!" she whined. "Shhh baby girl, it's alright. Papa is okay sweetie, don't worry!" I smiled and she snuggled into my chest. "Okay then, cover your ears princesa." I sighed and turned on the blender. After it was done I poured a little bit of the smoothie into a blue and red sippy cup. "Here you go princesa." I smiled and she gasped, immediately ripped it away from my hands, sucking it down. I raised my eyebrow at her and she blushed, batting her eyelashes. "Thank you, Papa." "Mhm, you're welcome gorgeous." I chuckled and went to sit her down on the couch.

"Papa can we go to da store?" she asked while we were watching an episode of The Powerpuff Girls. "For what sweetie?" I asked and looked at my watch.
3:24 PM
"Papa, I need someting fwom da stowe!" she whined. "I sighed and looked at her, stroking her hair. "Baby, daddy's gonna stop at the store before he comes home. Why don't you just wait until he gets home?" I said but she whined louder. "Noooo! Pwease Papa?? I wanna go to da stowe!" she groaned. I breathed out and pulled myself off the couch and turned off the TV. "Okay, okay. We'll go to the store. Lemme get our shoes and we'll go okay?" I said and she smiled weakly. "Thank you, Papa!"

Walking through the Albertsons she walked immediately to the line and picked up two pregnancy tests. I cocked and eyebrow at her but she refused to look at me, setting it on the conveyor belt as the cashier scanned it. "Two forty-three." he said. I reached into my pocket for a five and handed it to him as he bagged the tests and gave it to her. "Your change is $2.57. Mazel tov." he smirked and I smiled falsely, taking her hand and walking out of the store. After we got in the care she put on her seatbelt and sat quietly, looking straight ahead. "Princesa..." "Please start driving." she mumbled. "Princesa, we both know what I'm about to say." I mumbled. "No, we really don't." "Fine, when I'll f**king surprise you," I snapped and turned to her. "Why the hell did we just buy a pregnancy test?!"
"Technically we bought two-"
"JADE."
"Okay damn! Ethan and I forgot to buy condoms last week!"
"And?"
"And we kinda just said "Screw it" and, well screwed."
"And then what happened? I know you two and you've screwed a lot more after last week. What makes you think you're pregnant?"
"Did you not see me throwing up this morning? As well as yesterday afternoon? And I missed my period this week. It was supposed to be on Monday. Not to mention these stupid breasts. They're swollen, as if my boobs are big enough."
"Is that really a bad thing?"
"Dylan?!"
"Okay okay! Look, I'm gonna take you to my dorm and you're gonna take the tests there so that Ethan doesn't find out immediately. Then I'm going to schedule you a doctor's appointment okay? Everything'll be fine."
We drove home in a frenzy and as soon as the car stopped she raced out of the vehicle and up to my room, bursting through the door. while locking the door, I could hear her vomiting like crazy and I shivered. "Ugh..." I mumbled and she shut the door.
*10 Minutes Later*
"OH, MY GOD WILL YOU JUST TELL ME."
"Okay!" she groaned and walked out of the bathroom with her eyes closed, opening them to look at me. "Here you take it." she said and I gagged. "No way! You peed on it, gross." I said and she scoffed as the tests beeped. "Okay, moment of truth.
