"Jungkook, he... he collapsed," the shaky voice of Jungkook's mom rang out. I stood rooted to the ground, not being sure, if I heard correctly.

"H-he w-what?"

"He collapsed," she repeated. "The doctor said it seems he didn't eat anything for the past few days and... Jungkook... he locked himself up in his room and won't come out even when I or his father knocks on his door. Seoyeon, please... can you come over and try to talk to Jungkook? I'm sure he'll listen to you and on top of that, he mumbled your name over and over again in his sleep... please, Seoyeon."

"I'm coming," I said, still not quite believing what I just heard.

"Thank you. I'll see you."

"Yeah, bye." His mom hang up.

"Seoyeon? What's wrong? Did something hap-"

"I'm sorry, Taehyung. I have to go now. See you tomorrow," and with that, I walked, more like rushed off, heading for Jungkook's house, leaving Taehyung alone.

I couldn't think of anything except Jungkook. My mind was filled with Jungkook, and him only. He was everything I could think about. Everything.

Why did he move out of the dorm? Why didn't he eat? Why did he do that to himself?

Why..?

Although I knew all the answers to these questions, I didn't want to accept them. I just didn't want to. I just couldn't.

I couldn't accept that it was because of me. I couldn't accept that everything was may fault. My fault.

My...fault.

I was panting hard when I arrived the house Jungkook used to live in, before he moved out of the dorm. Before everything happened. I rested my hands on my knees as I was trying to catch my breath again. Still breathing heavily, I rang the bell and Jungkook's mom immediately opened up for me.

"Seoyeon, you're here! Jungkook is in his room upstairs! Please, try to talk to him, he has to eat... please," she begged and I nodded my head.

"I'll do my best," I promised, walked past her and up the stairs. Jungkook's father was, I supposed, in the kitchen or the living room. I passed two doors and stopped in front of a white door. I gulped. I took my courage together and knocked on the door.

"J-Jungkook? It's me, Seoyeon. Are you inside? Can I come in?," I asked.

No answer.

"Jungkook? Are you sleeping?... Is it okay for me to come in?"

No answer, again.

I decided to come in and turned the doorknob.

Locked.

"Jungkook, please, open the door, I'm worried..," I begged, tears formed in my eyes as I imagined how Jungkook looked. "Jungko-"

Click.

The door unlocked from the inside and I took it as a sign to come in. I slightly opened the door, only to see Jungkook in front of me, skinny, really skinny and pale.

I immediately hugged him, tears rolling down my cheeks as I realized once again how hard it must've been for him.

I wasn't there for him when he needed me.

"Seo...yeon..," Jungkook greeted me weakly.

"Jungkook..," I sobbed. "...You're stupid! What do you think you're doing? Stupid, Jungkook..." I hit him lightly on his chest as I tried to pull myself together and stop crying.
