Sometimes I start to wonder, was it just a lie? If what we had was real, how could you be fine?

- Five Seconds of Summer (She Looks So Perfect)

"I'm sorry for the little attitude I have shown you at my room." I said as I took all of the used plates from the table. "That was nothing." He said as he helped me out on what I am doing.

"So what are you up to these days?" He asked as we headed for the kitchen to wash the dishes.

"Well, I am trying my best to write something for my manuscript." I said as we reached there and set the plates down and started our chore.

"What kind of story is it?" He asked and took another sponge from the cupboard.

"Well it is supposed to be this dystopian kind of world full of wolves." I said as I tried to concentrate on washing the dishes, but somehow his presence does my little heart things.

Hay. I hate this.

"Wolves?" He asked intruiged by my use of terms I think. "Well, in my story those creatures are infected with some kind of virus. They are quite like zombies but they are like a higher order of them in terms of thinking." I said finally elaborating him what my monsters are like.

"And I am thinking that they are like werewolves?" He said as he mirrored my movements. "No, not necessarily." I said as I turned the faucet off and turned to look at him.

"Well, what are they like?" He asked his eyes still on the dishes he is washing.

"I am still thinking of that too you know." I admitted as I noticed his toned arms and his eyes. Gosh. His eyes are just so damn beautiful.

"Well. I could help you out." He offered and finally met my eyes. Gosh. I swear I could just dive right through his deep brown eyes.

"Sure." I said nonchalantly and helped him off arranging the dishes back into its rack.

We headed back to my room to grab my laptop and a few notes, "Your room sure is like mine." He said as he scanned my very untidy room. "Gosh Ed. You don't have to bring that up." I said as I felt my self blush in embarrasment.

"You look cute when you blush." He added. Gosh. Thanks Ed and now I felt myself blush harder.

"Come on before I turn into a puddle in here." I said as I headed for the pool almost running and he followed as he laughed his head off.

"The view sure is breathtaking." He remarked as we sat there by the pool both our feet soaked in the water. "Yes it is, that is why I usually go here for some inspiration." I said as I felt myself smiling.

"Remember that time when we went to Splash Island?" He asked as he kept his eyes on the horizon. "Yes how could I forget that." I said smiling as I recalled such happy memories.

"Remember Nico?" He asked but this time his voice seem to bear no emotions. I kept my eyes on the water as I remembered him, he too was our friend back then. But unfortunately he died too young. He died in an accident just almost right after we went to Splash Island.

He and Edward were like brothers and of course it was the most painful thing for him, Nico's family and I.

We were a trio. And when you see one you should also expect a pair on that person's trail. We were so happy back then.

"I think we should go for a dip." He said snapping me out of such thoughts. "Huh?" I asked as if it is the most outrageous thing. But of course it is, I mean it is just the two of us after all.

"Come on. Of course with our clothes on, and not on swimsuits or trunks." He said and laughed making me blush once more.

Oh lord. How am I supposed to live with this guy under the same roof for a month?

"Put the laptop down now. You can't seem to type a thing anyway." He added as he stood and grabbed my laptop an set it on the nearby chair.

I just smiled and took his hand that he offered and jumped into the cold water.
