Truth be told, I have had a crush on him since we were kids. I mean who wouldn't have? He is a very nice person and to add to that he is also cute you know.

But I know it would only stay that way, after all I have heard that he already has a girlfriend.

And so we will only stay like this. Friends.

But I am happy of it, because after all we would still have this little connection than none at all. I smiled as I heard that he is very much into photography, after all people in this field has the most interesting things on capturing a subject.

Just like in writing and painting, photography has its very own charm that just has me breathless and very much interested.

Actually, I have attempted on trying it but I guess I should just stick on writing.

"Do you know where ninong and ninang are?" He asked as we were halfway through the food my parents have supposedly ordered for us to eat. "It has been almost an hour now." He asked as he looked at his wrist watch.

Wow. It has been that long? I mean I am not really much of the person who loves to talk the minutes away.

"Wait. I'll give mom a call." I said as I took a tissue and wiped my fingers clean. I took my phone from my pocket and quickly dialled mom's number.

"Hey mom. Where are you and dad at?" I asked as soon as I heard her greet me from the other end of the line.

"Just meet us here at the parking lot." She replied and so she ended the call. "Mom and dad is waiting for us out there." I said as I smiled at him. I called a waiter and hurriedly paid for our food.

"I think you should take off your jacket." I suggested as we walk for the exit. "Why?" He asked as he pulled his luggage. "Because it is hot outside. Have you forgot about the weather in here?" I asked as I gave him an inquisitive look.

Almost too quickly he stopped, and took his jacket off. "There." He stated as he finished and gave me a wide smile which made my heart do sommersaults.
