It was morning, she woke up violently. She felt like she couldn't breath. She got out of bed and made her way to the kitchen, she was too hungry, there was only one bag of blood left, she thought of her brother and only took out a small glass for herself. After she finished drinking it she washed the glass and put it on the drying rack. Her brother came from behind her, "Did you sleep better than?", he asked. "I think so", she whispered.

"We are running low on blood, there is half a bag left for you", Maia explained. Her brother nodded. "Now Maia, I can't help but to think that you are lying to me", her brother said wildly. "What do you mean, I'm not lying to you", she tried to cover it up. "Bullshit Maia, Richard told me there was someone else in the apartment with you when you were bleeding to death", her brother roared. "Jonathan, I was going to tell you...", she went on, "...How could I?". "Please Maia enlighten me", her brother growled. "He is father's companion and then father told him to break me, I tried to fight him but he was so much stronger than me, I let him rape me...", she said, there nothing else to say to him. "Maia, why didn't you tell me, I've could of helped you", her brother explained. "How..."she roared, "It already happened and before you ask I called out for you but I wasn't expecting an answer". She stormed back to her bedroom, she was sliding down the door once she had shut it. She cried out and growled through her breaths. "Why is this happening to me, what the fuck have I done wrong to deserve this?", she cried out, she was questioning herself. She didn't realise but she was becoming like Mia.

She felt pain all over her body, she was changing into her demon-self again. She was roaring and growling between her breaths. She stood up and looked at herself in the mirror and saw nothing else than the monster, her father wanted her to be. She slashed her hands against the mirror, breaking it into thousands of tiny reflection shards. She collapsed onto the glass, screaming in pain, but in a way that wha she wanted. Physical pain to distract her from her mental pain, to her it was the only way. She felt the shards of glass slice her body, like a cheese grater. She crawled on her bed before she passed out.

Maia woke up on the floor of the living of her country house and she saw Sebastian standing in front her. She shuffled backwards in shock and she was pulled roughly up the arm by her father. "Let go of me", she cried out. Maia was pulled into her father's study and she was forced to sit down on the chair.

Her father sat down in front of her, with Sebastian holding her shoulders, so she can't move. "Sebastian, let go of me", she roared. He ignored her, he just tightened his grip on her. "So why the hell did you bring me here?", Maia questioned. "For our own interests, Sebastian never really finished with after our last little meeting", her father said gracefully. "So you are going to let some stranger sexually assault your own daughter", she shouted at him.

Her father laughed, "Of course not, I wouldn't let some STRANGER have sex with you...", "...You have no idea who Sebastian is do you?". Maia was silent. "He is your brother, your real brother", her father said. Maia was stunned, she wanted to tear her father apart but Sebastian stopped her from moving. "How could you let him do this to me, he's my brother", she screamed at him. "It wasn't my idea, it was his", her father said restlessly. She growled and snarled at her father.

Sebastian pulled his sister of his shoulder and carried her up stairs to her bedroom and threw on her bed. "Sebastian, stop it", she screamed. "You might enjoy this little sister", he said. Maia shuffled backwards him the metal bed-frame. "Wait...", she whispered. "What is it?", her brother demanded. "...You were the child that father was punishing", her whispered. "Yes I was, he called it 'perils of obedience', eight silver scars on my back, little sister, he put them there because I wasn't doing as I was told. I was crying like a baby, I needed to grow up", Sebastian explained. "But you were just a child, how could he do that to do", she said. "It made be stronger", he said bluntly.

Maia crawled off the bed and landed on the floor, she ran downstairs and her father was trying to catch her, he missed as Maia sliding away from him, landing into a wall. She just kept running until she was in the garden. Both her father and her brother was running towards her. She ran though the forest, she was only one metre between her and her brother. She reached to a main road and saw cars screeching past her, she screamed out for help, but no one could hear her. She was planning to run into the road when she felt like she walked into a brick wall. She fell backwards, Sebastian catching her. "Wait why can't they hear or see me, why can't I get passed?", she questioned. "It a invisible barrier to stop you from running away, no one knows you are here?", Sebastian whispered in her ear. "No, please...", she cried out. Sebastian carried Maia and she just stopped moving, she knew she couldn't escape.

Once they were at the house Sebastian dropped Maia on the sofa. "This is what I have always wanted my family all together", her father said. "You and I are not family", she hissed. Sebastian sat next to Maia, pulling her towards him. Her father left the room. Maia was slowly crying.
