Once she was on her feet, she started to growl and snarl and him. Then Sebastian rushed into the room and grabbed her and pushed her on the bed. Her father left the room and walked downstairs. "I am not waiting any longer", he said roughly. She just kept growling and started to fight him off. As he was holding her, her wrists were beginning to bruise and bleed. He took her clothes off and he took his own off. She was silent, she just kept staring at him.

His force was on hard on top of her body, she knew what was happening and she couldn't do anything to stop it. She was so powerless with her family. She just kept hoping that her brother was still alive to save her.

*FOUR WEEKS LATER*

Maia was in the bathroom, before she could close the door, her came inside and handed her a pregnancy test. She was stunned, but she didn't want to say anything. Five after she took the pregnancy test, she came of the bathroom and saw both her father and her brother standing in her bedroom which connected to her bathroom.

She handed it to her brother. It came out positive, she started to cry, silently. Her brother and her father left the room, he binned the test, before he left. Maia rushed to the bin and picked up her test and sighed. She knew for her child, she couldn't put it through what she has been through. She threw the test back in the bin and tucked herself into bed and started to touch her stomach.

*THIRTY WEEKS LATER*

Maia was in her room, she had already given birth to the baby a few days ago. She cuddle her daughter, she was almost dreading for girl, so she wouldn't go through what she did. She was breast feeding her child, her brother came in and sat at the end of her bed. "Sebastian, please leave", she said. "I don't have to listen to you, I just want to know how my daughter was doing?", he asked. "Mena is fine, we are fine", she replied in a rough tone. Sebastian went to stroke her face, she had to let him, even if Maia hated it. "At least we are a family, just like I said we will be", he said softly, as he cared. He stood up and left the room. "I'm not going to let anything happen to you, I will die first if I have to", she whispered, she kissed her daughter on her forehead.

She finished feeding her child and put her in the cradle which was nearest to her bed. She saw her daughter fall asleep, she smiled. She didn't want to leave her child alone, she didn't trust her family. Her father came into the room with a glass of blood, he handed it her and she started to drink it. She want to look at her father, she just looked her child. She set the glass on her bedside table and wiped her mouth. "Are you sure you don't want to come downstairs?", he asked. "No, I don't to, she will wake up soon", she said. "Alright that's your decision", he said. "You are not going to injected her...", she started. "No, she is too young, I will have to wait until she is older, the doses would kill her otherwise", he said. Maia kept a straight face, she was happy that her daughter would have a normal childhood. She still didn't believe that her brother was dead, he would come back for the both of them, that's all she had left; hope.

*THIRTEEN MONTHS LATER*

Maia placed her child on the floor of her bedroom and she started to change it's nappy and, then she washed her in the sink. Once she was clean and dressed. She put her child's coat on and hat, scarf and gloves. She put her child in the pushchair and started to walked outside. Her brother grabbed her arm, "You are not running away are you?", he asked, sourly. "No I'm going for walk, she need fresh air", she fought back at him. He released her and he shut the door behind him,"What are you doing?", she cried out as he outside. "I'm will walk you, I never get to spend time with you anymore", he said. "Well I have busy raising MY child", she roared. "OUR child", he corrected. She rolled her eyes. She walked to the swing and sat down and she was holding her child in her arms. She started to cry, Maia was singing to her, to calm her down. She stopped crying and then she started to cry.

*ONE YEAR LATER*

Maia was seeing her child walk for the first time, she never thought after all of this, she would never see happiness again. Her daughter spoke small words, "Mummy". Her daughter dark hair, matched hers and they both wiggled her noses at each other. She picked her child and carried her down the stairs and placed her on the sofa, she was walking but she had to keep an eye on her. She followed her around the house, before her father picked her up. She cried out, "Give her back to me". Her father gave her child back. "You will not hurt her", she cried out. She started to snarl and growl at him. She rushed upstairs to her bedroom, seeing her brother was in the room. She tried to rush outside but she stopped by her father. "Please hurt me, just don't hurt Mena, she's too young", she begged. The tiro heard a window smash downstairs. Her father went downstairs to investigate. Maia was in her doorway, seeing the one person, that she hoped for; her brother. "Jonathan, Jonathan...help", she cried out. Sebastian pulled her inside her bedroom, "He
should of been dead years ago", he roared. Maia was so relieved that Jonathan was alive.
