I look down at my phone. My fiancé should have been here an hour ago. We planned to meet up with my parents, but he hasn't been around the past few days. As of right now, I'm sitting on a park bench waiting. I go over to the table where I'm supposed to be eating with him. On there is a note. On top of an envelope.

Dear (Y/N),

I'm sorry. But I can't do this anymore. It would hurt to do this to you in person. I'm breaking off the engagement. I just don't feel the same as I did at first. I hope you have a good rest of your life. I also put the watch you gave me in here too. Goodbye.

I pick up the envelope and open it. Inside is the watch I gave him for our anniversary a month ago. I read over the letter again to make sure this isn't a dream. This can't be happening. Why! My parents are supposed to meet us today as well. Looks like I have to cancel that too.

I text my parents and make an excuse to why we can't meet up. I can't tell then right now. I'm too heartbroken. I sit down and start breaking down crying. We planned to move in together in two weeks and everything! Even my apartment was sold. I keep bawling with my head on my knees.

"Miss, are you okay?" I look behind me to see a guy that looks about my age. He has bright blonde hair and violet eyes. There is a pin in his hair to hold it back. The guy sets down his coffee and sits besides me.

I shake my head in response. If I try to speak again I'm going to break down crying even more. I hand him the letter and put my head back on my knees. He reads the letter with such a surprised look.

"How can someone do that! That's so mean! I'm so sorry (Y/N)! That's awful." He hugs me instantly and then jumps back. "W-Wait that was probably rude sorry!" I laugh a little at his awkwardness.

"I-It's fine I don't m-mind. And m-my apartment is already sold and I need t-to move out before t-two weeks. I d-don't have anywhere to g-go." The guy looks at me with an upset face. He hugs me again, only slightly less awkward.

"Do you have any family or friends that live out here?" I shake my head. I don't have good enough friends out here and my family lives out of the country. They are returning back today. "T-Then how about you stay with me for now. I swear I won't do anything to you except help you until you can get back on your own two feet. How about that?"

I look up at him surprised. "I-I couldn't let you do that. I just met you and I don't even know anything about you."

"Well, I'm Yoosung Kim for a start. Also I'm a student in college studying veterinary." He sticks out his hand.

"(F/N) (L/N), and (job)." I shake his hand.

"Well now you know me, will you? Besides you don't have anywhere else."

"I'm so in your debt but sure. I swear you're like a superhero right now."

"Nah just a person being nice."
