Small Steps | Yoosung x Clumsy!Reader

"(Y/N)! Let's dance together!" Yoosung shouts as he runs towards me in the living room. I pause my show on Netflix and look up at him.

"Yoosung, I basically have two left feet. Im probably going to step all over you and trip. Besides, I don't know if you are able to handle my clumsiness," I answer. I've never really been the most graceful. I mean I've broken my ankle by falling off a curb before.

"But (Y/N), we have to dance at our wedding next month anyway. Why don't we get a head start on making sure you're ready! Trust me I know how to dance. I've been to parties." He holds my hands, and I look at the sparking ring on my finger. I sigh and smile.

"Fine, but only because I don't want to embarrass myself." His face lights up, and he finds music for us to dance to. As soon as I hear it I realize that I have to slow dance. He wraps his arms around my waist, and I put my arms around his neck.

"See it's not so bad, (Y/N)!" He says as we stand and sway side to side for a while. "Now we just need to get some feet motion! I'll lead and you follow."

"I'll just apologize in advance here." He steps forewords and I try to step back, but accidentally step on his feet. As we continue, I keep accidentally stepping on his feet. He ignores it, but I can tell he noticed.

"I don't know if this is working," I sigh as I step away from him and sit on the couch. He sits down next to me.

"It's ok if you keep stepping on my feet. As long as I have you in my arms I will be fine." He smiles and I kiss his cheek. Yoosung will always make small remarks like that which is adorable.

"Well let's try again! I mean it can't hurt can it!" I say as I stand up and accidentally bang my leg against the coffee table. "Well that can." He laughs and stands up next to me. Yoosung takes my hand and leads me back to where we were standing before. We rock side to side and go in a circle. I lay my head on his chest and smile.

"Hey (Y/N), let's try something. As I extend my arm, you spin out. Then when I pull back you spin into me." He takes my hand and extends his arm. I twirl out and laugh. It's not so bad. Then he pulls his arm back in towards him. I accidentally go to fast and slam into him, making him fall over.

"I think that's a bit to advanced for us," I say as I laugh. He laughs with me and kisses my forehead.

"Let's be able to dance without stepping on feet first."

I know this is short so sorry. But I'm curious if anyone can give me any anime suggestions right now. I just finished Death Parade (current favorite now) and I need something to watch. May do something related to that show for a future one shot.
