And back with another anime themed one shot! This one is Death Parade and if you don't understand the plot then you will be confused. May contain spoilers if that knowing the plot of the show count for you.

"Ugh where am I?" I say to myself as I walk out of an elevator. As I start walking down the hallway, nothing is in front of me. When I turn, I see a open door with a man standing at a bar. The man looks at me as I step into the room. I examine him. He has long white hair, red eyes, and he wears fancy clothing. Something seem strange about him though... something not human... something missing from his eyes. Those blank looking eyes.

"Welcome miss to the Zendecim," the charming man says as I walk into the room and admire my surroundings. It really is beautiful in here. "My name is Zen and I will be your bartender today," he says as I sit down in the stool in front of me. "You may find me asking this strange, but do you remember anything from before you arrived?"

"Actually I do remember something." I explain to him what I remember. His face looks surprised. He turns around towards his alcohol.

"Well would you like anything to drink, miss?" I order a drink, and he makes it pretty quickly. He excuses himself and walks through a door in the back.

Zen's POV

"V, what should we do with her? She already knows things, and I can't judge her alone," I ask as I look from above at the (Y/H/C) haired girl walking around. V, my boss, stands next to me and observes.

"Well, we could just throw her into the void, but she wouldn't be judged fairly. I may just erase her memories and give her off to someone else to judge," V answers. I look at the girl and the way she observes everything so curiously.

"I want to keep her as my assistant. She may be of help to me. Besides, that annoying arbiter Jumin from floor 20 has that cat with him." V looks at me shocked.

"To do that we have to erase her memories completely and store them in another place. Are you ok with this?" I nod. "Then it will be done. Excuse me." V walks back to the elevator and I see Yoosung standing in there. He presses her floor and closes the elevator. Continuing to look down, I start to feel different about this girl from my different clients. Something special about her.

Your POV

I continue to sit next to the tall blue haired man on the train. I don't remember anything from before I met him and got on. It's all fuzzy. We step out of the train. The man introduces himself as V, the head of the arbiters. We head inside an elevator and go to the 15th floor.

"You see, arbiters judge humans after death. Their judgements lead to that person being reincarnated or thrown into the void. They know this concept as heaven and hell because it's easier for them to grasp." We enter a bar, and I see a man standing in front of us cleaning out glasses. He looks up and nods.

"Hello miss, I am Zen and this is Zendecim. I'm the bartender here. I'm happy you will be here to assist me," he says. I give him a smile.

"Now I will leave you to Zen to learn the rest. I must get going. See you around." V exits the room. Zen turns around to pull up a chair for me next to him.

"So the guests will be told that they will risk their lives in a game. During this time, they can't leave the bar. As they play, I will watch their actions and make extreme cases for them to see how they react and use their memories to make a judgement. That will show where they will be heading. It's simple after a while. We will have two guests here soon, so be ready and watch me. I look forward to working with you."

----------------------------------------------

"Zen! When are the next guests coming?" I shout as I clean off the bowling balls that were previously used.

"In a few hours, so there is time." he answers. Both of these people were reincarnated. I'm happy to see that. I walk over to him, sit down on the couch, and put my head on his shoulder.

"I'm bored! Let's play one of your games!" I say as I hug him from the side. A slight chuckle forms for a rare moment. I've been here for a month. I never see him show any emotions. He's only given a small laugh four times. Zen trying to smile is pretty funny, but most of the time, he is kinda monotoned. I've learned that arbiters are unable to feel emotion.

"V may be around. We don't want to be seen slacking off." He is right. V has been observing us more than normal now. I'll admit, Zen has changed from the first time I saw him. Less dummy like and more lively. Very spontaneous too.

"Fine then sing for me." He clears his throat and starts singing a song that he learned from the human world. It's very beautiful and soft. I feel calm every time I hear it. I continue laying on his shoulder and sway side to side.

"Hey Zen," I whisper as he finishes.

"Yes?"

"Can I do something?"

"Well it depends on what you want to do." I put my hand on his cheek and kiss him for a second. He looks surprised for a second then confused.

"I'm sorry. It seems like that bothered you. I'll just put back the-" I go to stand up but he lightly holds my wrist.

"No you're fine, but I just feel something that didn't feel normal to me. Like something new. It feels weird but I like this feeling too. And it keeps coming back around you."

"Maybe you're feeling love. It's like a deep attraction to someone. A very powerful emotion too." He looks down at the other side of the couch with a red face.

"I like this emotion love. It's interesting. I like what you did to me. And I want to do it again." He puts his hand on my face and kisses me again. This time it's soft and sweet.

"Let's just make sure V never finds out about this," I say and Zen nods. "Besides, I would like to see you have a romantic personality. It would be very cute my dear partner."
