As I am just how freaking out over finding this, I thought I can help some people who are in need of hourglasses.
Ok first you go to your guests list and pick a guess. For this I chose Longcat.

When you click on the guest, this will now appear. You will only get the Personal Info and RFA Comment if a guest has ATTENDED a party from any route you have done. So click on the RFA Comment.

Once you click on it, something like this will show up. When the character is done with the comment, it will give you an hourglass.
I literally just found this out a minute ago and was freaking out because I'm trying to save up hourglasses as much as I can right now and this is super helpful. Also some of these are interesting to read. Enjoy!
