"Isn't she just so cute! No, what do you mean Seven is your favorite out of all the characters? Jaehee is by far the best- Fine we will discuss this later. See ya!" I end the call with (Y/BF). (your best friend) We both have gotten into this new game called Mystic Messenger recently. I found out about it after playing Dandelion and Nameless (great games btw) in the past and learning of Cheritz's new game. I've been playing Jaehee's route over and over and she is by far my favorite. She is just so precious and I would love to actually cosplay her one day.

I place down my phone on my couch and walk to the kitchen to get a snack. After grabbing something, I sit back down. It's weird being on my own now. I have an apartment near my work, and I moved here a month ago. It's nice being on my own, but it's quiet too. Suddenly, a knock appears at the door. I pull my hair back and pull a hoodie over my shirt to look more presentable.

I open the door to find a girl who looks at me a second and starts screaming "Oh my god you look so much (F/N) (L/N)! She's my favorite character this new game that my friend, Zen, played a character that had a musical adaption to." The girl laughs. "Anyway, sorry about that. My name is Jaehee Kang. I've recently moved here from Korea and I'm by chance wondering if you know where a coffee shop is around here." I observe Jahee. She has short brown hair, glasses, and looks casual but still professional in a way.

"Oh my god I can not believe it's you. I love Mystic Messenger, and it's my favorite game! I've played your route so many times. But, how do you know my name? I've never heard of any game that's had a musical adaptation with it before," I say.

"Yeah it's called Urban Chance. You're this girl who moves to the city in hope of finding love and you meet all these people and start connections with them and you end up falling in love. What's Mystic Messenger? I've never heard of it," Jaehee asks

"Here how about I allow you in, and we can discuss this. Also, I actually had coffee made if you would like to have some." I open the door, and she walks in. Once she has coffee, we sit on the couch, and I open the app. She looks at it very confused as I explain it. Then she takes out my phone and shows me what she is talking about. We looked at each other confused.

"Wait, so you are telling me that my friends and I have an otome game about us and our organization? This doesn't make sense. Luciel couldn't have possibly done that without our permission," she says while contemplating the idea out loud.

"Well this is kinda weird isn't it?" I laugh. "How about we start again. My name is (Y/N). How are you doing today, Jahee?"

She answers, "I'm well, thank you. This is just really odd. We must be from different universes or something that have somehow come together. Only that is something really silly."

"It must be. Maybe we can become friends or something. I mean we already know each other's personalities from the games. It wouldn't be that hard to understand each other then. We can go to that coffee shop you asked about."

"Sure!" We get up from the couch and walk to the coffee shop down the street.

"I'm surprised I haven't seen this place yet. It's very nice." I look up at the sign saying Caramel Mokaccino. It's a new café that opened recently that I love. We walk in to the smell of the pleasant smell of coffee. A waitress brings us to our table.

"Now what would you two ladies like?" she asks and takes out a notepad. Jaehee orders a vanilla latte and I order (Y/F/D). She leaves and comes back a few minutes later with our orders.

"So, what do you think of the area so far?" I ask. She places down her mug and thinks for a second.

"It's very nice. A lot more calm then closer in the city," she responds taking a sip of her drink. "I moved here because it's a good distance between both work and Mr. Han's house."

"Maybe I can show you around some time soon?" Her face lights up.

"Really? That would be great, thanks!"

"You're welcome! We can get to know each other more." She nods, and we continue talking about anything. Suddenly, she gets a call and picks it up.

"Hello Mr. Han. Yes, I can come get Elizabeth for you. I hope you have a nice family vacation." she hangs up the phone and looks down stressed. "Well this was nice, but as you heard, I have to go. I hope we can get together again soon."

"That would be great! Thanks Jaehee!" We wave goodbye to each other and I finish my drink before exiting the cafe. I just became friends with my favorite character in Mystic Messenger. I really hope this isn't a dream. I walk back to my apartment.

"Maybe if I say something it will appear," I say to myself. "GIVE A INFINITE SUPPLY OF RAMEN!" I shout before opening my cabinet. I see the shelves filled with many types of ramen I know I didn't buy.

Goddamnit it is a dream.
