Cornelius' Arrest, and Saving Queen Lucy

 A/N

Hello my fellow Narnians I believe I am here to give you this lovely chapter I hope you all love it. If not there's Susan outside with her theories and what not. All right lets proceed with the story.

 In the dark corners of the castle roamed a figure, although this figure had an invisibility spell on. They still walked through the halls following in the footsteps of Dr.Cornelius. Until they see the Dr. standing near the door. That is until they notice Miraz standing there, reading one of the books that were lying there wide open for all to see. That is all, until Miraz had spoke to the man that was standing in front of him.

  "You have quite a library, Doctor."

  "Is there anything in particular you seek, my lord?" questioned the doctor.

  "I think I have already found what I am looking for...."

  As he trails off he had struck one of Susan's arrows into the desk. The figure that was not visible to the ones eye silently gasped. They knew right there and then that the kings and queens of old have returned. 

  "....in one of my soldiers!"

Cornelius and the figure that was hidden looks at the arrow, which is sticking into a picture of the four kings and queens of old in a book. 
Miraz sits down and puts his feet up. When he let's out an exasperated sigh and spoke a great question.

  "What do you know about queen Susan's horn and queen Lucy's cordial?" 

  "It was said that both of those objects are made up of magic. *whispers* Just like Prince Killian." explains Cornelius.

  This made the figure smirk while they stared at the two figures in front of them. Even though they had heard the Dr's last part of his exclaimtion. Until they heard Miraz speak again. 

  "Magic?"

 Seems like he didn't hear the last part because he was to busy studying the picture in the book.

   "The Narnians believed it could summon their kings and queens of old. At least, such was the superstition." explained Cornelius.

   "And what does Caspian and Killian know of this superstition?" questioned Miraz.

   "My lord, you forbade me from mentioning the old tales," told the Dr. .

  "So I did," said Miraz.

  Cornelius and the hidden figure noticed Glozelle standing outside the door. But what really confused the mysterious figure is to why Dr. Cornelius wasn't allowed to talk about the kings and queens of old. 

  "I will say this. If Caspian does know of the deep magic, my lord would have good reason to be nervous. But as for Killian you should be very afraid of him and what he has hidden on the day of the prophecy has come." exclaimed Cornelius.

  The soldiers arrest Cornelius. Glozelle,Sopespian, and the unseen figure stand in the hallway and watch. The figure was furious at the man that has relations to the young princes. But that's when they heard the two they were with speaking.

  "First the princes', now their tutor. If the members of Miraz' own house are not safe,are any of us?" asked Sopespian.

  "Lord Sopespian!" yelled Miraz from inside the tutors room.

  "Those are dangerous words, Lord Sopespian." said Glozelle 
   "But, these are dangerous times, General. One should choose his words as carefully as he chooses his friends." the lord had told.

   The figure is still contemplating on if he is right or wrong. But while Sopespian walks into the Dr's study, they figure it would be wise to stay back. Although they had heard bits and pieces of what they where saying. But what surprised on them having troops set up already. Then in a snap they were gone.
