While everyone was gathered around the stone table. A faun stood watch outside, but something, or someone caught his eye. It was a telmarine soldier standing at the forest line, and in the blink of an eye he rides off back into the forest trees.
"Its only a matter of time. Miraz's men and war machines are on there way. That means those same men aren't protecting his castle," Peter spoke.
"What do you suppose we do, sire?" questions Reepicheep.
"We-"
"Our-"
Peter and Caspian say at the same time. But Peter looks at Caspian with a slight glare. At the small glare Caspian concedes.
"Our only hope is to strike them before they strike us," said Peter.
"But that's crazy, no one has ever taken that castle," Caspian told Peter.
"There's always a first time," Peter said blantly.
"We'll have the element of surprise," Trumpkin nonchalantly.
"But we have the advantage here," Caspian said looking around for help. Until Susan spoke up.
"If we dig in, we could probably hold them off indefinatly," as she said that, both her and Caspian looked to each other in acknowledgement.
"I, for one, feel safer underground," Trumpkin tells the others.
"Look I appreciate your brother and yourself had done, but this isn't a fortress, its a tomb," Peter spoke while looking at Caspian.
"Yes and if the telmarines are smart, they'll starve us out," Edmund put in.
That was when they heard Patterwig say, "we could collect nuts."
"Oh yes, and throw them at the telmarines! Shut up!," Reepicheap spoke until he turned around and spoke to Peter directly, "I think you know where I stand on this, sure."
"If I can get your troops in, can you handle the guards?" Peter questions Glenstorm.
"Or die trying, my liege," Glenstorm responds.
As everything was going on, Lucy was conflicted on speaking up on what was going on in her mind, but decided it was actually time to speak up. As she spoke up she supconciously grabbing onto the necklace that was around her neck and spoke up.
"That's what I'm worried about."
"Sorry?" Peter questions.
"Well, you're all acting there are only two options: dying here, dying there," Lucy spoke again.
As Lucy was talking to everyone Killian decided to walk right in and stood right by the entrance and listened in on the conversation.
"I'm not sure you've been listening, Lu," Peter said to her.
"No, you're not listening. Or have you forgotten who really defeated the white witch, Peter?" She questions.
When Lucy said that she looked up just in time to see Killian starring at her. As they were looking at each other from across the room Peter decided to look where his younger sister was looking at. As he did he noticed that she was looking at the youngest prince and asked him a quick question.
"If you don't mind me asking. Would you be willing to help us the attack on the Castle?"
Killian looked to the high king with an empty gaze. And he quickly looked at everyone's face, and slowly looked back to Peter and let out a small sigh. Closed his eyes and slowly spoke.
