As Lucy laid on her back with her arms behind her head staring up at the narnian night sky. Thinking to when Killian gave her that necklace. She couldn't believe she had met him. Every time she had heard him speak her heart would flutter and her stomach would erupt like a ton of butterflies. She didn't know what this feeling felt like, but she knew that it was good. That was until she heard her name being called.
"Lucy, are you awake?" it was Susan.
Lucy let out a little hum so that her sister would know that she is awake. And Susan spoke up again.
"Why do you think I couldn't see Aslan? " she questions.
At that question Lucy sat up and looked at her sister with shock.
"You believe me?" Lucy questioned her back.
"Well we did get across the gorge," Susan said.
" … I don't know. Maybe you didn't really want to," she told her older sibling.
While Lucy laid back down, and tried to fall back asleep. Trumpkin laid awake thinking on what he was hearing. He didn't understand either if Aslan was real or not. He wanted to believe, but he didn't think the great lion was real. All he needs is to put faith in Killian to when the battle begins.
"You always knew we'd be coming back here, didn't you?" Susan questioned her younger sibling.
"I hoped so," Lucy answered.
"I just got used to the idea of living in England," Susan said again.
"But you're happy to be here, aren't you?" Lucy questions.
"While it lasts," spoke the eldest girl.
After both girls had talked they finally had fallen asleep. With dreams of adventure further on in there days here in narnia. That was until Lucy heard her name being called. She jolted up thinking it was just the wind. She gets up and starts to move forward. She moved branches so she wouldn't get hurt. And that was when she notices a dryad floating around her. That is when she heard her name being called again.
"Lucy," it was Aslan. Calling to her softly.
Lucy runs to where she heard it, and there he was. Aslan standing tall on top of a small little cliff. She smiled so wide that the whole place can see it from miles away.
"Aslan!" she cried out of pure joy. "I've missed you so much.........You've grown."
"Every year you grow, so shall i," Aslan spoke.
"Where've you been? Why haven't you come to help us?," Lucy questions.
"Things never happen the same way twice, dear one," Aslan spoke.
And after he spoke a twig snapped in the distance. She woke up to be in a dream with Aslan. She looked around trying to decipher what time of day it was. She noticed that it was early morning. Then she turns to look at her sister and call to her.
"Susan, get up!" She whispers.
All lucy heard from her sister were mumbles of her name and gladly. But she didn't fully understand the rest of the sentence that was spoken from the other Pevensie girl. Lucy had gotten up from her spot and walked up to a tree and touches it.
"Wake up," she spoke.
She keeps walking in the direction of when she heard the branch snap. That was when she hears the growl. Her smile grew knowing it was real.
"Aslan?"
But before she could get to see who it was. A hand went over her mouth, and pulls her back down to where she was hidden. She looked back where the hand was covering her mouth from screaming, and she noticed that it was Peter. When she looked back to where she noticed a Minotaur walking by the trees. Peter had lifted a finger towards his lips signaling Lucy to stay quiet, and once he started walking towards the minotaur. He pulled out the sword ready to strike the Minotaur down. But before he could strike down the minotaur he was blocked by another sword clashing down onto his. The high king looked to the one who would cross blades with him. Then he swung again at the prince just missing and getting his sword stuck in the tree beside them. As Peter was slightly distracted he was kicked to the the floor by Caspian. As Peter recovers, standing back up with a rock in his hand ready to strick Caspian down when he was picking up Peter's sword. That was until they heard a shout.
"No!" It was Lucy.
That was when there body's froze and they couldn't move an inch. Not even a muscle. That was when they heard a males voice coming out from behind the narnians.
"You know I thought the both of you would get along, but my guessing was wrong," Kilian said.
Walking out from where he stood. Coming face to face with them, and there eyes went wide when they noticed one of his eyes was yellow and the other was brown. Killian knew the time was near for him to be claimed. He could feel the pull from both darkness and light. That was when his magic flickered a bit, and he finally let them go from the magic's grasp. He felt terrible after using that much magic. He has never felt like this in his whole entire life. He just closed his eyes and spoke again.
"The next time you both have a fight. I won't be there to save you both from killing each other."
Then he walked off to somewhere that no one can notice him and lifted up his hand and noticed it kind of flicker. He didn't know what was going on, yet he closed his eyes and took a deep breath. Once he had his barings again and as he opened up his eyes he looked at his hand and see no transparent hand in front of him. He looked back to where he was before and see that they are moving. Killian tried to transport himself to where his brother was, but his magic wasn't working. So he decided to just walk towards Caspian instead. And moved on without glancing at anyone around him. He was terrified on what would happen to him. But he will have to wait and see.
