Now, onto the chapter!
The picture of me and Rosie adorned my wall once more as I unpacked some of my stuff. F/N strolled into my room, dropping her Oreo when she saw what I was busy with. "What the hell are you doing?"
"I'm unpacking some stuff."
"Why?" She lifted a scrapbook.
A slight giggle escaped my half-closed mouth. "I've decided that we should stay for a little longer, you know? Meet new people." The corners of my lips raised themselves, twitching in the process. A smirk soon formed on my face.
F/N gasped. "You want to give that asshat Dominican a taste of what he payed for, don't you?"
I didn't have to answer her for my best friend to know what my intentions were. Her eyes followed me as I walked towards the window, looking down at the residents that strolled past our apartment building; the fire escape covered some of the scenery. A nicely-built man swaggered by—that's him. I opened the window, leaning over the railing. "Hey you!"
The man looked up at me. "Yea?"
"You wanna go on a date tomorrow night?! El antro, eight O' clock!" The man merely nodded his head, shrugging in the act of doing so.

The tight red dress clutched onto my curves as I flattened it out a bit, my hair covering the fact that the dress is strapless. I might look like a skank, but I promise I'm not.
F/N whistled when I walked into the living room—she removed her grandma glasses. "Ay, Chihuahua! You look hot!" Rosie looked up at me from her dolls, raising two thumbs up and a large grin.
I quickly grabbed my keys and headed outside. According to el chisme that daily roams Washington Heights, someone should be in el antro; specifically at the bar.
