Chapter 25.

Raini's P.O.V.:

 Lately, Ross and Laura have been acting really weird... and it's not a bad thing... this is a good thing for all of us. Well.. at least me and Calum. You see, we figured after that "Christmas kiss" Ross gave Laura unexpectedly, we knew from that point that he had a crush for her. Laura on the other hand, only see's him as her best guy friend. What she doesn't know yet is how she really feels from my point of view. In the beginning she obviously had a thing for him right? Well she still does, she just needs to open up and release the feelings. 

 After Ross walked out the door and Laura turned around we were ganged up on her. We just really want to hear her side of the story. Later, we'll hear from Riker telling us about Ross' side of the story in a phone call. 

  Anywho, Laura turns around to see all of us girls all ganged up on her and probably smirking. She widens her eyes and finally speaks. "What in the world. What are you all doing ganging up on me?!" We all look at each other and Cass speaks up. "We wanna know what happened between you and Ross last night! We think you two would look so cute together."

A smile crawls up on her face. I wave my hand in front of her face. "Earth to Laura? Laura back to earth? Are you there? Yes? No? Maybe?" I say. She shakes her head and blinks. "What?" I chuckle. "So tell us what happened between you and Ross! We wanna know. Please! I promise you we won't speak about this subject ever again." I pout.

She groans. Ugh fine. This one time. 

"Well... I don't know exactly what happened to him or what he was doing but I heard someone curse. And I woke up while all of you were still asleep. I walked out the hallway to find Ross sitting on the couch holding his leg. I asked him if he was okay and then realized his foot was bleeding... blah blah blah. Long story short. I helped him with his foot and when I finished, as I was putting away the supplies I dropped a roll of bandage and we both reached down for it but our heads bumped together and I ended up grabbing it but when we came back to our regular sitting positions our eyes met and Ross just started leaning in while I was frozen and when I came back reality hit me. He had crashed his lips onto mine. I did nothing back but oh my god. That moment was not even magical. It just made me realize a lot of things about Ross.. about my feelings towards him." She tells.

"AWW RAURA!" Nelle yells out of the blue. Laura whips her head to her and chuckles. "The mountains?" Nelle facepalms. "No! Raura as in Ross AND Laura. Ship name duh! And she says she knows everything." We all chuckle. Laura pretends to be offended. "I never said that.. whattt? And Janelle, i'm pretty sure Raura as in the Raura Mountains."  We all stay quiet. "In Peru....?" She shrugs a bit. "Anyway.. oh my god. So are you saying you have possible feelings for him?" I ask. She looks down and furrows her eyebrows then pulling off a smile. "No.. I mean yes! I don't know. You tell me what I feel!" She says. I laugh. "I say you do have feelings for him. Your just barely discovering it. Well, Lau, the girls and I have to go now. They're helping me babysit. You could tag along if you want, but I wouldn't recommend it. For now just think deeply about how you actually feel. Whenever you think is the right time, tell him. I mean, you are bestfriends after all right? Why not tell him your true feelings. And clearly, he likes you. I mean, that kiss doesn't just happen out of nowhere with magic. Guys make their moves. How do I know? Cousins boyfriend stories and tips." I grab my stuff and walk towards the door. "Bye Lau! Remember, think about it!" I walk out the door with the girls following and go babysit. 

-End of Raini's P.O.V.-

Laura's P.O.V.:

"Think about it." Is all that went through my mind. I took Raini's advice and thought about it for a while. 

FLASHBACK.

"Are you ok?" I ask the blonde guy.

"Yeah i'm fine.. thanks. Hey aren't you the new girl?" He asks.

"Oh i'm sorry, I forgot to introduce myself.. well at the time it wasn't important because look at poor you! Anyway, my names Laura. You're?" I say.

"I'm Ross. Nice to meet you Laura!" he says as he puts his hand out. 

I shake his hand. 

"Is it cool if I hang out with you? I mean.. i'm new so I don't really know anybody here and plus you seem really cool!" I ask Ross. 

"S-sure. I mean I don't really have any friends either..." he says kind of stuttery.

I grab his arm and sit down with him on a bench. 

"Why?" 

"Well.. as you can see these glasses and clothes make me look nerdy and nobody really wants to hang out with nerds.. also known as me. Everyone prefers the populars." He says.

"Aww.. i'm sorry but honestly, you don't seem like a nerd. I mean if you're a nerd then.. you're a pretty darn cute nerd." she says as she smiles.

"Thanks. You're really nice." he says blushing and smiling. 

POOF.

Wait a minute, so I just had a flashback from when it was my first day of school, and now I remember calling him "a pretty darn cute nerd." So does that mean I... I've liked him this whole time without realizing it?

Hiya guys! So sorry I have not been updating this for 2 weeks. I've been busy getting my grades up, i'm in band you know.. so.. I currently have 3 F's. I'm at the verge of getting kicked out. Pretty terrible shit to deal with lately. I've been stressed, had suicidal thoughts, but that's all over with. It's the stress that makes thoughts occur that you don't really ever think of. Anywho.. probably another shortest chapter i've done. 

I love how some of you inbox me and say to make the chapters 4 - 6 pages long. It makes me chuckle. 

Well i'm gonna keep you guys to update on what i've been up to on Wattpad.

I'm currently working on a NEW story, and yes I just came out with a new story, it's called 'The Past & Future" 

It's based off Ross and Laura's real life. So it's not gonna be like these kinds of stories i've written where they fall in love easily and blah blah blah. Cliche stuff. It'll be a bit different. I'm pretty excited to keep writing that one. And also, I will hopefully update ALL stories, (except the one i cancelled) later. So let's see what happens.
