Laura's P.O.V.:
"Dear Laura,
Look, I honestly don't know what I did because I never texted anything to you but I know who it was... It was Elena. When I was at Logan's party I was talking to Rydel because she called me over and when I turned back around I saw that she sent something to one of my contacts and when I asked her she said she didn't send anything to anyone and I actually believed her. But now I realize how much of an idiot I have been in the past few days. I'm sorry, please forgive me?! I really do miss talking to you and you're right. I should've never joined the populars. I just wanted to see how being one of them would feel like. Now I realize, it's just horrible and definitely not someone I want to be. I'm sorry I never told you. When you're done reading this letter, call me maybe? (I know it has nothing to do with this letter but lol, that's a song. Don't laugh at this Laura because I know you probably hate me.) But yeah. If you deleted my number, look at the very bottom of this letter. It should be there in yellow crayon... sorry if you can't see it. You should know that I love yellow, by now and that I don't have a yellow pen or pencil.. so I used crayon. I'm a genius aren't I? ;) Anyway.. that's all I wanted to tell you in this letter! I hope you can forgive me.
Love,
Ross Shor."
I laughed, smiled, made weird looks while reading this letter. I let a little sigh out. What am I going to do with this boy? He's like a little kid sometimes. I let out a small laugh and walk inside my house setting my bag down on the counter and taking out my phone and putting Ross' number on my flip phone. I press the green button which means call and walk upstairs. In about a second I hear Ross' voice.
"Hello?" he answers.
"Hey. You said to call you, so I did."
"You forgot to add in the maybe." he adds.
I chuckle. "Shut up."
I could hear him laughing on the other line.
"So i'm guessing you read my letter?" he says assumingly.
"Noooooo, I obviously just picked up a white envelope from the floor and un-folded the paper and saw the number and decided to call it." I say sarcasticly.
"Oh really now Marano or are you just being sarcastic with me?" he says.
"Could you get any dumber or what?!" I say laughing.
"HEY! Not nice Marano. So i'm taking that as a 'yes' to the reading my letter question. Anyway, every word in there, I meant it." he says serious at the last part.
"Ross, I just don't understand why you didn't tell me any of this? I mean after all, we are, or at least I used to think, we were best friends.." I trail off.
"No, wait, listen I was just so caught up with the Elena situation and then we started dating and-" I cut him off.
"I get it Ross. You're in love. Plus, I kinda already knew about you and Elena."
"Wait what?" he asks with confusion in his voice.
"Without you telling me, I found about you and Elena myself. The night of Logan's party, I was outside and you were singing to her and then you brought her up on stage and kissed her infront of the crowd so I assumed you two had a thing going on then. But the singing to her thing - wait no scratch that! You serenading her, was the cutest thing ever!"
