Ivy's POV

"Are you sure this is a good idea? I'd much rather be packing. I mean we do leave tomorrow," I said with a small pout. It was the day before the tour started and I was being dragged to a club by Mitch and Scott.

"You're doing this whether you like it or not. It's like an initiation. You have to party the night before the tour if you want to be considered one of us," Scott laughed. "Kevin, Kirst, and Avi are waiting on us." He climbed out of the SUV, Mitch in tow without hesitation.

I reluctantly stepped out and adjusted my shorts. It wasn't as cold as it normally was, which I was thankful for at the moment. Mitch took notice of me adjusting my outfit and walked over, gripping my wrist and laughing.

"You look fine." He had forced me to go shopping with him to find something for him to wear, but I found out I have little self control when I see something I like. I ended up getting an entire new outfit, which I dawned now, and then some.

Sighing softly, I loosened up and followed them inside, showing the bouncer my ID. Running a hand through my hair, I made sure to keep close to the duo until we found the others sitting at a table. I couldn't help but smile and scooted into the booth next to Kevin. "I guess they're not the only ones twinnin'," I said with a small laugh, giving him a high five.

"First round's on me," Mitch screamed so we could hear him over the music. He jogged off only to return minutes later with a tray of shot glasses and a bottle, along with a glass of water I assumed was for Kevin.

The drinks were poured and the night began. Though I was hesitant at first, I began relaxing as I took shots, mainly with the trio. Kevin stuck to his water while Avi occasionally had a shot, but made sure not to overdo it. By my fifth shot, I was pretty relaxed and began swaying to the music. I was a bit curious as to why no one was dancing, but judging by their looks, they thought they were too cool.

The all-too-familiar beat of 24K Magic came over the sound system, causing Kevin to have a mini freak out next to me. "Excuse me," he said and I stood up, moving to the side as he got up and began dancing. I sat back down, watching with a small laugh at all the strange looks he got. That's one thing I liked about him. He never cared what anyone else thought when it came to things like this.

He danced his way back over to the table and held his hand out to me. "Care to dance?" I laughed a bit, glancing over at Avi with a small shrug. He dawned a frown, but not just any frown. His superfrown. I rolled my eyes and took one more shot before taking Kevin's hand and getting up, skipping over to the dance floor with him.

We started dancing to the music, not giving a care in the world until I felt a tap on my shoulder. Turning around, I laughed to see Mitch and Kirstie giving me frowns. "How do you expect to have so much fun when we're not here?" Kirstie asked, grabbing my hand and pulling me off to dance with her.

It may have looked strange, just us four dancing on the floor, but it didn't last like that for long. Soon, Scott joined us, along with strangers upon strangers. It only took two songs for the entire dance floor to get crowded with dancing bodies. "I need another drink!" I yelled to Scott and managed to maneuver my way to the bar.

"Gin and tonic," I told the bartender and sat on a stool, patiently waiting for my drink. I glanced back at the crowd, laughing a bit as they danced to oldies but goodies. When I turned back, my drink was sitting in front of me and I took a long sip, savoring the taste.

"Now what is a beautiful girl like you doing here alone?" an unfamiliar voice asked me as I downed half of my drink.

"I'm not. I'm here with four friends and my boyfriend," I told him turning around to face him. It was clear he was drunk, but my words didn't get through to his thick skull.

"Well I don't see anyone with you, so that's just an excuse as far as I know," the blonde guy said as he moved closer to me to the point that I felt the need to scoot away.

"How about I'm not interested in-"

"Is everything okay here?"

I relaxed a bit at the familiar voice. Avi moved closer to me, making a point to wrap an arm around my waist. "Yeah. I was just explaining to this gentleman that I wasn't interested in him," I said with a smile and quickly finished off my drink.

Turning my attention to the man, I stood up and slid my empty glass towards him. "Next time, take a woman's word when she says she's here with her boyfriend," I said and offered him an innocent smile.

I was just about to walk away when Let Me Blow Ya Mind came on. I quickly grabbed Avi's hand and pulled him onto the dance floor to where the rest of the group were still dancing without a care in the world. I smiled and wrapped a hand around the back of his neck as we began moving in time with each other.

"Get it girl!" Mitch's high-pitched voice carried over the music and I looked back to see him watching us as he danced. I laughed a bit and rolled my eyes at him, returning my attention to the man in front of me.

He leaned in close to my ear so I could hear him and said, "Don't look now, but I think Scomiche is drunk enough to not care."

I glanced back one last time only to see them dancing oddly close for two people that claimed to not be a thing. At least Avi and I didn't hide it. I pulled away and squeezed my way in between the two who acted like nothing happened and kept dancing.

"We need to talk to you!" Mitch yelled over the music.

"Yeah, no one dances that close unless they've done it!" Scott added. Yep they were drunk. I hoped.

"I'm not having this conversation with you two!" I told him as we kept dancing.

"That means she has!" Scott said to Mitch with a knowing smirk.

"Does that mean you two have?!" I asked, laughing at the priceless expression on their faces. "Like I said, I'm not talking about this with you!" I said and maneuvered around Mitch with intentions of going back to the table to avoid the pair. However, I stopped when I felt a pair of arms snake around my waist and pull me close as they started dancing.

"You can't stop once you start," he said, causing me to laugh. I turned towards Avi and raised an eyebrow as he kept dancing. I rolled my eyes so hard I thought they would fall out of my head and began dancing along with him once more, having one of the best nights I'd ever had.
