Humming the short sentence in silence as I stared to the broad sky. I was finally discharged of duty as the student council's president three days ago, which left my feelings mixed up thoroughly like a delicious bowl of bibimbap,

"Aren't you happy we can finally enjoy our senior year without constantly having a deadline for some event?" Seulgi casually sipped her mojito lime tea as I frowned

"I am happy! But I feel empty, like I lost my purpose of life", I dramatically cooed as Seulgi chuckled mockingly

"Drama queen", she teased, "Is that a hidden term for 'I don't think Taeyong is the best replacement for my position'?"

Shaking my head, I corrected her, "No, Taeyong might be a pain in the ass, but he's a great leader inside, he can carry the whole council with his charisma and integrity"

Seulgi looked a bit astonished at my high-praised words for Taeyong, "This is my first time hearing you compliment him. Thank god Taehyung wasn't here"

"What does Taehyung have to do with me complimenting Taeyong?" I laughed lightly while shoving a small bite of carrot cake into my mouth

"Duh, he'll get jealous of course. Don't you realized how much more frequent Taeyong teases you after your relationship went public? Taehyung must've caught that"

"Oh no", I shook my head, "Taehyung's not the jealous type", I couldn't help but to let out a small smile

"Well if you say so", she shrugged, "But friendly reminder, ignore Taeyong"

Seulgi's not the first person to warn me about Taeyong. Suga and Rapmon did the exact same thing a week back, which I listened but didn't really comply to it. Taehyung didn't nudge me about him either, so I came up with the conclusion that he's fine with me hanging out with that punk.

"Ah it's been a long time since we have a date like this, am I right Seulgi?"

She smirked, "Sure thing, bestie. But I kind of want my date to be a guy so-", I hit her arm lightly to express my disagreement as she laughed, "Kidding!"

Seulgi was playing with my phone until she confusedly shoved it to me, "Hey Hera, you have a new message from someone named Hanbin?"

Upon hearing the name, I snatched the phone away and covered it with my hands, "Isn't Hanbin your sister's boyfriend? Why did he say he wanted to call you?"

"Y-yes", I stuttered, "Seulgi, can you buy me a bottle of water? All this carrot cake got me thirsty"

She eyed me suspiciously before standing up and head away. With quick move, I dialed Hanbin

"Hello, Hera?"

"Yah Hanbin, why did you want to call me?" He chuckled at my drop of honorifics. He's just too dorky and goofy for me to be called an oppa.

"Is it a bad timing? I can always call later"

"Dude, you literally said it's urgent"

"Oh I did? Oops", he laughed at his own mistake, "Well I just want to tell you that I found the books you're looking for"

My heart jumped at the good news, "Really? But is it really okay for me to borrow it out of your university's library? Won't you get scolded?"
