*this chapter is in third person's pov*

This is station 457 calling for backup. A phone call was received from the Seoul State Asylum stating a patient was missing. Be alarmed as the patient is potentially dangerous

She didn't even know where to begin,
She was dumbfounded at how fate liked to play with her,
How inevitable her meeting with him was,
And how everything about him never left her very mind.

He was just another guy, you'll get over him soon

But if he was just 'another guy', how come he had the privilege to destroy her completely? How he managed to make her loved the pain, because the pain reminded her about him?

"Ah I'm going crazy", Hera recklessly messed her hair out of frustration and mumbeld inaudible words

Acting like a lunatic in broad daylight didn't bother her at all, she just needed to vent out her troubled being

"I swear if you're not cute, I'll walk away like I don't even know you", the familiar voice made Hera turned her head sideways as she came in contact with a smiling Jungkook

"Jeon Jungkook", she stood up from the park bench and immediately hugged him, "It's been too long"

He returned the hug while burying his face on her shoulder, "I know, I thought I'll never see you again"

Hera left everything without any warning and she refused to speak to anyone from her hometown because she was not herself at all. She knew she had to eventually came out of her shell and she was thankful that Jungkook was one of those who stayed with her, didn't stop contacting her even after she ignored him for some times

"Aye dramatic", she broke away from the hug and hit his arm playfully, "We talk with each other almost everyday"

"But not like this", his hands gestured their closeness, "Whatever, I'm just glad you're okay"

Patting her head in a friendly way, they sat on the bench and started talking, "So, why did you call me here? I mean, we can meet at Haneul's birthday party- unless you're not coming"

There was no such thing as 'how have you been' or 'how's university' and such because they knew everything about each other already. Exactly how Hera wanted them to be, bestfriends.

Jungkook laughed at her frown, "Oh about that. I am still coming but there are things not appropriate to be talked about at the party"

"Oh~ I'm getting curious", she admitted and inched closer as Jungkook gulped

"I don't know where to begin", he rubbed the back of his neck, "It's about Taehyung"

Her expression changed immediately as his name was mentioned, making Jungkook even more nervous than he had already been

"Oh", was all her reaction as eyes fell to her lap. He felt remorseful at the thought of her being able to be asked of him

"At first, I didn't want to mention it because of the nasty breakup you two had but I need to know what happened-", he sighed, "I'm sorry, Hera"

Jungkook knew what happened, but not the entire truth. She still had some dignity and guilt over him, okay? She wouldn't let him know that the reason of why their breakup was so painful was because of....that.
