Lexie's POV:

When I woke up I had a massive headache so I went to the bathroom. I found the Advil in the cabinet and swallowed it. When I looked into the mirror I groaned. Let me just tell you; I do not look great in the morning. It's like something really bad happens to me at night and when I wake up I looked like a troll. Sometimes I don't understand how Niall can manage to look at me in the morning. I am not one of those people who have pure beauty. I just look gross without make up.

I washed my face and then put on some make up. I added some concealer to cover up the black heavy bags under my eyes and then some powder. I then put on some coats of mascara on my eyelashes. When I looked at my appearance in the mirror I sighed. I still looked like a wreck. Ugh, whatever.

I walked out of the bathroom and headed over to the kitchen. I was on my way to the fridge when I noticed a tired Harry sprawled out on the couch. I arched an eyebrow when he snuggled further into the pillows.

"Seemed like you had quite a fun time last night" I said to him and his head snapped up. A sheepishly smile took over is lips as he shrugged. I took out some tropical juice and poured it into a glass while leaning against the kitchen counter. I had always enjoyed pineapple juice but that was until Derek decided to break into my old flat, tie me up to a chair and then watch me drink it. Now I can't even look at a damn pineapple without almost puking.

"Were you alone?" I asked. Harry sat up and looked around the room before answering. "Well, I was with Niall then he left so I decided to stay behind and have a few more drinks." He shrugged.

"Why? You could just have asked one of the other guys to come with you." I said calm. Harry was avoiding my gaze.

"Are you alright, Haz?" I took a sip of the juice before placing the glass back on the counter. Harry let out a big sight and when he finally looked up at me, his eyes were bloodshot.

"Uhm yeah, it's just that my girlfriend broke up with me. No big deal." He tried to shrug it off and act cool about it when it was so clearly that he was hurting.

"Oh Harry I'm so sorry." I walked over and sat down beside him. He just stayed quiet while I gave him a quick hug. I pulled away and walked over to the kitchen and started to make pancakes. Pancakes had always cheered Harry up for long as I had known him. Niall walked into the kitchen, wearing a pair of grey sweatpants and a navy blue tank top revealing his tattoo covered arms. His hair was a mess but it was so cute.

"Hey babe" He said while wrapping his arms around my waist. Harry groaned out loud when he saw us and laid back on the sofa. "What's up with him?" Niall asked while grabbing a pancake. "His girlfriend broke up with him" I explained and Niall nodded his head. He then kissed my forehead and walked over to the couch, sitting next to Harry. I stood there watching them and waited for someone to say something but it was dead silence between all of us. Boys never talk to each other about their feelings. Like maybe never ever. I don't understand how they can keep it all inside. I just shook my head and finished making the pancakes. When I was finally done I put out plates on the kitchen island.

"Breakfast is ready!" I yelled and watched the boys jump up from the couch and walking over to the bar stools by the counter. They started to dig in as I looked out of the window. It was early August and the trees outside was blowing in the late summer breeze. I was deep down in my own thoughts when Harry's voice interrupted.

"That was seriously one of the best pancakes ever" He complimented and I said a quick thanks and flashed a smile.

"Ms. Langdon has moved out, Lex. She sold her flat the other day." Niall said and I smirked. Ms. Langdon was our old neighbour and she was a pain in the ass. She was around eighty years old and sassy ass hell. She would always complain that Niall played too loud music . One time she came knocking on our door and complained that I made too much noise when I was putting on shoes. I mean like what the actual fuck? She was imagining sounds.

"What a shame." I said with sarcasm and now Niall was the one smirking. He knew how much I hated her.

Suddenly there was a loud thud and Niall's head shot up. I furrowed my eyebrows and headed for the door. "Don't drop it Calum!" I heard a voice yell outside I pushed the door open and saw two guys trying to carry a couch up the stairs. One of the guys looked half Asian and the other one had this black hair with a hint of purple.

"You guys need any help?" I asked while walking over to them. They both looked up at me and smiled. "Yeah, if you could just hold the door open for us that would be great." I nodded and held the door to Ms. Langdon's old flat open. Apparently they were moving in. They carried the couch inside.

"Thank you so much." The same guy said. "You're welcome" I said and headed back to the door of my flat where Niall and Harry stood in the door frame. I was about to walk inside when a familiar voice stopped me.

"Lexie?"
