James was still in the shower, when the doorbell rang.

I looked at the food one last time, before walking out and opening the door, seeing Michael stand with a small bouquet of tulips in pink and blue.

''Hey buddy. These are for you. My mom always raised me to bring flowers, when you're going somewhere.'' He said, giving me the flowers.

''Thank you. And please stop calling me buddy.'' I said, giving him a short smile, before letting him inside.

''James is still in the shower. I swear, he uses so long in the bathroom.'' I said, leading Michael to the living room.

''I'll just get these in a vase and check the food.'' I said, before walking to the l'kitchen again.

I smiled and stood up, walking over and kissing him shortly.

''Our guest is here.'' I whispered, before leading him to the couch, where Michael stood.

''Hello. I'm James, Luke's husband.'' James said, reaching out his hand towards Michael.

''I'm Michael. Luke's buddy. And congratulations on the baby.'' Michael said, and I smiled lightly.

''I already gave him your number. When I talked to him yesterday, he talked about you, and that he wanted you to see their son as soon as possible.'' Michael said, making me smile.

''Are they still calling him Luke?'' I asked, taking another bite of my food.

''Yup. Ruso already got the names carved into his Necklace.'' Michael said, lifting his own from under his shirt, to let us know which one he was talking about.

Suddenly my phone began ringing, and I took it out from my pocket, seeing an unknown number.

''You're talking to Luke Bleigh.'' I said, as I took two cartons of milk.

''Fancy pansy are we?'' I hears Ruso laugh through the phone, making me smile.

''Ruso!''I almost yelled, but stopped myself, since I was in public.

''Hello Hemmings. Listen. This is gonna be a fast phone call. But would you like to come visit Luke junior today?'' Ruso asked, making me stop in my tracks.

''Oh my god. Is he already born. Congratulations! And of course I want to. I actually have something that I need to tell you, face to face.'' I said, smiling brightly.

''I'll be there as soon as I'm dona getting groceries. I swear James wouldn't be able to live a healthy life without me.'' I said, and we laughed shortly.

After a small conversation, we said our goodbyes and hung up.

I was about to continue shopping, when a voice stopped me.
