''I'm gonna find a way to pay you back.'' Michael said, as we sat in my car.

''There's no need Michael. It was a friendly gesture. I would've done it for all my close friends. Besides. You guys need those money more than I do. You still need to buy all the stuff needed for your kid. And I have plenty of money. It's not like I'd die without those 1000.'' I said, noticing that Elliot was waking up.

''Hey bub... Did you sleep well...?'' I asked, as I saw him look around confused.

He let out a yawn, making all of us coo at his cuteness.

''Let's get back home. Are you guys staying for dinner?'' I asked, looking back at the lovely couple in the backseat.

''If we're allowed.'' Calum said, his hand now laying on Michael stomach.

''Of course.'' I said, before turning back towards the steering wheel, and turned on the car, and began the drive home.

I walked down the stairs, after putting Elliot to bed, and went to the kitchen, to get a glass of something.

Anything.

I opened the fridge, and took the half empty bottle of wine, drinking straight from the bottle.

God my life is getting stressing.

I took a deep breath, before I put the bottle back in the fridge.

I then walked to the living room and sat on the couch, beside Michael and Calum who were cuddling.

I looked at the TV, seeing it was Love Actually.

My favourite christmas movie.

I smiled shortly, before my phone suddenly buzzed, signalling someone was calling.

I stood up, and walked back to the kitchen, seeing it was Charlie.

I answered the call, a small smile on my lips.

''Hey.'' I said, trying to sound casual.

I walked over to the fridge and took the wine bottle again, this time pouring it into a glass.

''Hey Luke. I uh... I had hoped I could wait just a little longer, since I don't want to seem desperate, but I just couldn't stop myself. Would you like to join me for dinner the 27th?'' Charlie asked, sounding really nervous.

''I would like that.'' I said, and bit my lip, looking at the glass in my hand.

''You would? I was so scared you would say no.'' Charlie said, making me let out a small giggle.

''Yes. I would really like that.''I said, sitting on one of the chairs.

We ended up talking for two hours, and when we ended the call, it was around midnight.

I stood up, and walked to the living room, seeing Calum and Michael had fallen asleep.

I smiled lightly at them, before grabbing the blanket and laying it over them.

I then turned off the TV, before I headed to bed myself.

''Dada. Dada.'' I heard someone say into my ear, as a light weight was on top of me.

I opened one of my eyes, to see Elliot sitting on my chest.
