A lot of things, honestly, but the lack of platonic relationships in anything.
All the time I see a guy and girl being friends, and then it becoming a random romantic/sexual relationship, and half the time there was nothing leading up to it, they're just suddenly like "society says we can't be friends, SO LET'S MAKE OUT!" And it drives me up the wall.
I'm not against romantic or sexual relationships at all, as long as it's between to consenting individuals, you do you, but what irks me is that people often feel like you can't be in a platonic relationship with someone of the opposite sex/or gender (assuming both of you are heterosexual). I've watched relationship Q + A s where someone asked something like "can a guy or a girl ever just be friends?" And the response was "no, past this random age I chose there are to many hormones and it just can't happen!" or some dumb excuse like that.
I could go on and on, but I have guy friends and female friends! In fact, one of my best friends is a guy and I talk with him literally every day, more than I talk with any of my female friends.
Tell me about a platonic relationship you have that people question (everyone asks if we're dating all the time and it's so frustrating), reasons you agree or disagree, and anything you'd want to add.
Converse with me!

Fangirldom, a randomness book
RandomCurrently a randomness book. I cuss a lot. This is technically a follow up to Welcome Fangirls (the cringe) but it's a lot more chill and random thoughts and mostly shitposts but hopefully we'll both have a good time.
