Taken but not Forgotten

Out of the frying pan and into the fire

It had been a week after Eric's funeral. Team Chaos had yet to move on. Agony closed herself off and only talked to Tevis and Roach. Sometimes when Roach talked to her it was just him getting some things off of his chest. It had been a time of mourning, and peace. Agony and Roach were beginning to get back into their routine of patrolling. Once the Vanguard thought Team Tango was fine they gave them a task, to go to Phobos. The Cabal were breaking the usual communication channels and shooting their signals out to someone, but anyone with a good radio could pick up the chatter. Phobos, was a Cabal base on the mars moon named Phobos.

"Real original." Roach said sarcastically

"Come on Roach. We need to get ready." Agony chuckled as they walked out of the hall of guardians. Roach was already ready, he was going to do some mayhem clash in the crucible, but this would be better. The duo walked to the room Agony shared with Tevis. To no ones surprise Tevis was gone, but he had left a note on the bed.

"Dear Agony, you can borrow my sidearm, it's under my pillow. Also I took your sniper rifle, you weren't using it anyways so I call this a fair trade. Good luck with whatever you're doing today. Love your favorite nightstalker, Tevis."

Agony smiled as she read the note, she grabbed the side arm from under Tevis' pillow and got ready herself.

"So are you two dating?" Roach asked as he looked around the neat and tidy room.

"No."

"Are you sure? You're fooling everyone at the Tower."

"That's the point." Agony said mischievously as she walked out of the room with Roach in tow. The duo flew to Phobos, it was complete and utter chaos. The base was in ruins, siren were blaring, no cabal to be found. 

"I will be monitoring you're communication channel." Zavala informed them

"Something drew us here, I can feel it." Eris whispered

"Then what is she doing here?" Roach asked, unsettled by the sudden whispering from this strange lady.

"I have asked Eris to monitor the channel." Zavala replied. Roach and Agony walked into the base and split up.

"Hey Agony, come check this out." Roach said as Agony walked towards to him. There was a white orb with a black outline, it was bright, appeared to be a liquid, also unsettling. Agony took a step closer and it flew away with a high pitched woosh noise.

"What was that?" Zavala demanded

"I don't know Commander Zavala, it was some sort of orb, bright white in the center, black outline." Agony responded as she walked towards the direction the orb went. The hallway was filled with black goop which seamed to hold stars. Roach had Scotty scan it while Agony walked ahead.

"This membrane is attempting to form a bridge between dimensions." Scotty said slightly terrified. Suddenly there was a loud crash, quickly followed by another crash. Roach ran over to Agony, who was staring at an elevator shaft, two elevators had fallen down to the bottom in quick succession. A Cabal legionary was quished between them. Agony marched ahead while Roach took some time to ground himself. Roach thought he was ready to be back in the field, but this was all too much, everything was happening so fast. Agony's scream pulled him back to reality

"Agony!" Roach screamed as he ran over to her

"Agony, report!" Zavala snapped

"A Cabal Centurion, there was the orb that same color, it was an anchor, the Centurion was tethered, suddenly it was gone. The Centurion was taken!" Agony babbled, trying to make sense of what she had just seen. Roach suddenly hugged her from behind causing her to yelp and elbow him.
