Agony stared at the traveler, she knew what was coming would not be easy. Zavala would give her hell, and when a titan speaks, it's hard not to listen.

"Beautiful night guardian."

"Yes it is Lord Shaxx." Agony said, not turning to look at him.

"I know you're worried, but you have nothing to fear."

"Yes I do. I was taken so easily, I could have killed Roach. Something was wrong when Eris couldn't teleport me out when we went back to Crota's grave. I knew it, I knew it was me that was broken." Shaxx put his hand on Agony's shoulder

"I'll stand up for you, Cayde will stand up for you."

"And what about the others? What about the Speaker? Ikora? Shiro? Lord Saladin?"

"What about Lord Saladin?" Agony and Shaxx turned to look towards the hangar to see Lord Saladin approaching them. Agony looked down at the city below. Saladin nodded his head and Shaxx left the two alone.

"Agony, what do you know about the Iron Lords?" Saladin asked as he leaned against the railing.

"Something happened, something bad and you're the only one left. I believe the Iron Lords were the first to be blessed with the light."

"You research. I wish more hunters and titans would do that." Saladin laughed "Agony. I will stand up for you. You have done nothing wrong, you have risked life and limb for the City, for the Tower, for the Vanguard, for the Traveler."

"But my light is corrupted."

"Your light is not corrupted, it has not found balance. Agony you are the symbol of your people, you may not know it, but awoken guardians or not, talk highly about you."

"They joke about me becoming the Queen." Agony chuckled

"And why don't you?"

"I live for the hunt, and I am not worthy of the throne."

"Agony, you embody the Reef, your people live in twilight, and your light reflects that. In time, you will see that." Lord Saladin said before walking away.

At midnight, Agony walked in to the Haul of Guardians. Zavala and Ikora gave her hell, and Agony said nothing. The Speaker, Cayde, Shaxx, Saladin, Shiro, and even Eris defended her. The bickering went on until dawn, then Agony spoke.

"I have done my job, and I have done it well. If we do not finish what we have started Oryx will take more guardians. He is still weak, and we need to strike hard and fast. I have wasted enough time. Please, I have worked so hard to earn everyone's trust. Have I not earned it? And if I have not, do I not deserve it?" Zavala and Ikroa looked at each other and finally gave in.

"If you'll excuse me, there's a raid I need to organize." Agony said with a bow as she walked away.
