At lunch, I snuck away from school. I'm not skipping or anything, I'm just grabbing something I forgot. I glanced around, and pulled my hair over my shoulders I attempt to cover my neck.
I glanced around my room, looking for the (f/c) guitar. When I spotted the guitar, I smiled a little, and strapped it over my back. I ran back to school, and sat beneath a tree. I strummed the guitar a little, thinking of a song I should play. Then it hit me. Marceline from Adventure Time, my role model, has a bunch of songs. I decided on I'm Just Your Problem, and began strumming my guitar. Someone made a cool video for it, which I remember watching earlier this week.
'La da da da da,
I'm gonna bury you in the groundLa da da da da,
I'm gonna bury you with my sound
I'm gonna drink the red
From your pretty pink faceI'm gonna, oh
You don't like that?
Or do you just not like me?Sorry I don't treat you like a goddess,
Is that what you want me to do?Sorry I don't treat you like you're perfect
Like all your little loyal subjects doSorry I'm not made of sugar
Am I not sweet enough for you?Is that why you always avoid me?
I must be such an inconvenience to youWell, I'm just your problem
I'm just your problemIt's like I'm not even a person, am I?
I'm just your problem, wellI shouldn't have to justify what I do
I shouldn't have to prove anything to youI'm sorry that I exist
I forgot what landed me on your blacklistBut, I shouldn't have to be the one who makes up with you
. So why do I want to
Why do I want toI'm just your problem
I'm just your problemOh, oh, I'm just your, I'm just your,
I'm just, I'm just your problemI'm just your problem
I'm just your problemIt's like I'm not even a person, am I?
I'm just your problem
So why do I want to?
Why do I want to?It's all so pointless because,
I'm just your problem"
I sang, leaning my head back against the tree being me.
"No weapons on school property!" A teacher yelled.
"First off, this is a guitar, second off, tons of kids have pocket knives and that's okay." I said, rubbing my finger on the edges of my guitar. Sure, it looks like an axe, kind of like Marceline's axe, but (f/c).
"W-well, it's shaped like an axe, so it's unacceptable!" The teacher yelled. Then the principle came over, looked at me, then my guitar, then the teacher, then back at me.
"Let her have it! It's a guitar!" The principle exclaimed.
"But I-"
"No buts!" Mr. Chad exclaimed. The teacher walked off, and I smiled.
"Thank you!" I exclaimed.
"Just doing my job" he smiled, and walked off. The bell was about to ring, so I strapped my guitar across my back, and began walking back to the school doors. I got so many weird looks as I walked past everybody, but I ignored them.
