*** A week later ***
I have spent an entire week in the infirmary, just laying on the bed waiting for my wound to heal. I have been reading books for most of the time, that Hyera and Ms. Eunyoung would bring for me from the library. I have also been singing a few songs with Sarin when I get tired of reading.
Every morning and every night, Jimin would sit in the chair beside my bed and talk to me. We would just talk about our day and what we did... actually what he did because my days have been very uneventful. We talk about many other things but I still lie about things that he could potentially use against me. Jimin would stay with me most nights until very late. He often got very tired because of it and so I would tell him to go to his own room and sleep.
Flashback: Second night in infirmary
It is 9 p.m. right now and I am in the infirmary alone. Well not really alone, because Sarin is here but she's sleeping right now. Jimin had to leave the room to pick up a phone call. It was apparently for business, so he's been gone for about half an hour.
I wait a little longer for him to return and so he did. He sits back down on the chair and we continue to talk. He told me about his day at the army base. He spends most of his working days at the army base. He rarely goes to the factory. He only goes to the factory if he really needs to go there, but he says there is hardly ever a need to go because it is well managed by his friend.
It is now 11 p.m. and both Jimin and I are yawning from fatigue. Jimin then makes himself comfortable on the chair by slouching a bit and tilting his head forward with his arms crossed and closes his eyes. Before he gets a chance to fall asleep, I try to convince him to go to his room to sleep.
"Master, why don't you go to your own room to sleep? You will be much more comfortable on your bed than on a chair."
Jimin opens his eyes slightly and looks at me. "No, I can sleep here. It's fine." He says before closing his eyes again.
"No Master, you look awefully tired." I say while shaking my head. "Go sleep in your room and get a good night's rest. You can always talk to me again in the morning."
I really don't want him to sleep here because he could try and kill me while I'm sleeping. Even if he didn't have bad intentions, I still wouldn't want him to sleep in here, simply because I don't trust him.... at all.
Jimin knows that he won't win in this argument and so in the end, he gets up from the chair and walks toward the door.
"Good night Master. Sleep well." I give him a small smile and he returns it with a curt nod and a tiny smile of his own. He then leaves the room.
End of flashback
Sarin has left the infirmary a few days before me because her arm and leg has healed enough for her to start working again. I on the other hand, am left alone in this large room with nobody to keep me company during the day.
It is 10 a.m. and surprisingly Jimin hasn't left for work yet. He's not in the infirmary with me but is somewhere in the house. He would pop in briefly every so often to see how I'm doing.
An hour later, there was a knock on the door. 'Why would someone knock? It's the infirmary, they can just come in without knocking.' I think to myself.
"Just go in hyung, she won't get upset if you don't knock, it's an infirmary for goodness sake." I can hear Jimin on the other side of the door talking to someone.
"Oh hush Jimin. I know I don't have to but it's still polite." Someone I don't recognise speaks.
"She's a human, not the queen of England." Jimin comments.
