Evil Among Us

Loomis and Ben finally arrive to the scene and they find paramedics and a few cops already at the scene and see doctor smith there as well.Loomis and Ben get out the cruiser and go talk to smith.
"Hello Dr Loomis" smith said.
Loomis threw the sandal on doctor smith's foot.
"What's that?" Smith asked.
"It's a little evidence we found up the road cause you did something I told you not to!" Loomis shouted.
"Look I don't need to hear any lectures right now Samuel I got two dead bodies and a missing patient I don't got time for your bullshit" smith said.
"If you listened to my bullshit you wouldn't have two dead people on your hands now would you?" Loomis said.
"Now what is that suppose to mean?" Smith asked,as he slowly walked close to Loomis.
"I do my job just like you do yours mr psychiatrist" smith said.Loomis slowly walked closer to him.
"Alright you two break it up" Ben said,slowly pushing the two apart,then Ben grabbed Doctor smith by his collard and brought him to the side.
"I should kick your ass right where you stand for letting this shit happen" Ben said.
"Sheriff what the hell do you know you don't work where I work we deal with over crowding each year in that damn place!" Smith shouted.
"You got a lot of damn nerves you know that,and if I was you I would be careful with my words cause you must have forgot I still run this damn town and I can throw your ass in jail till Christmas" Ben said
"So for short terms that means don't fuck with me".
Ben and Loomis went to check out the bodies that were being pulled into the ambulance.
"How bad is it?" Ben asked.
"I can't lie sir this is some stuff you see in movies" one of the paramedics said.
Then he showed Ben and Loomis the damage of one of the bodies.
"He strangled him to death with his handcuffs and then stabbed the other guy in the neck with a needle poor guy bled to death in a matter of seconds" the paramedic said.
"This is crazy" Ben said.
"I know this for a fact if this bastard ain't caught by Halloween my kids ain't going out" the paramedic said, y'all have a good night.Then the ambulance drove off.
"I'm gonna go talk with the deputy's I will be back" Ben said.
"Dr Loomis..I gotta apologize about the way I reacted it's just that this whole thing got my mind racing" smith said,then patted his shoulder.
"Where do you think he is going to now?" Smith asked.
"The question is who is going to be the next victim" Loomis said.
Dr Loomis and doctor smith parted ways after and Loomis and Ben was on their way back to Loomis house.
"Loomis I don't care what your saying I'm giving you back up when you go to that house" Ben said.
"We talked about this he will know that your men are there waiting for him we can't risk it" Loomis said.
"Risk it?,you not having backup for a man who basically killed two people with his bare hands that's risk!"Ben shouted.
"Lets compromise,I will give you back up they will be two blocks away from the house,we give you a police radio and you will need to check in with them every half hour Deal?" Ben suggested.
"Okay deal" Loomis said.then the two shook on it.when arriving to his house Loomis noticed somebody broke into it and smashed his bedroom window and broke his glass screen door.
Loomis ran out with his gun and Ben followed.
"He was here!" Loomis shouted.
"Is he still here that's the question" Ben said,while adding bullets to his shot gun.
Samuel! A voice cried out from across the street,I seen him! I saw him!.
Misses Livingston came out in her robe and walked across the street.
"You seen him?" Ben asked.
"Yes I did,he had on one of them hospital gowns and he was missing a shoe,he went inside and trashed the place he sounded furious too" miss Livingston said.
"Did you call the cops?" Loomis asked.
"I wanted to but I was so scared my paranoia started kicking in and I just couldn't go through with it I'm so sorry Loomis" miss Livingston pleaded.
"Which way did he go?" Ben asked.
"...I didn't see him come out..." she said frighten.
Ben and Loomis looked inside the house slowly.
"Listen to me go back home and lock the doors" Ben whispered.
Misses Livingston went back across the street.
Ben and Dr Loomis went inside carefully they seen the whole house trash everything that was glass was shattered and everything valuable was broken.
"I'm gonna check up stairs" Ben said,as he slowly went up the stairs step by step with his shot gun pointed up at the staircase hoping the first thing that popped out would be Michael.Loomis checked the kitchen and the living room and the dining room and found nothing of Michael still being in the house.
"Loomis I think you should see this" Ben hollered,Loomis ran up stair to find his room trashed his bed flipped over his phone ripped out the wall.
"Look at this" Ben said.
It was the calendar of October there was a butcher knife stabbed into the date of Halloween,Loomis slowly took out the knife and examined it.He noticed his window was open.
"Looks like we gotta get you to a motel tonight cause there's something evil among us" Ben said.
