The Evil Within

It was mid afternoon at the Haddonfield mental hospital where Dr Loomis was up hoping for good news to get his patient Michael Myers Executed.
"Good morning Dr Loomis" The Doctor said,reaching out his hand to greet Loomis.
"Hello Doc" Loomis shook his hand with a look of excitement hoping that the state with his choice for Michael Myers.
"Come lets go to my office and discuss this" the doctor said,carrying a folder with papers,Dr Loomis hoped it was the papers from state approving his request.The two went into his office and both took a seat.
"First off Loomis let me start off by saying i don't know why you want this man dead so badly" the doctor said
"If you knew him and talked to him over the years like I have you would know why" Loomis took off his jacket and put it behind his chair.
"Did they approve it? Please tell me they did" Loomis had a face of excitement and suspense hoping the state agreed with him.The doctor slowly reached in the binder and gave Loomis the papers in it,Loomis grabbed them with excitement but his smile turned into a look of shock and disappointment.
"What the hell is this? They said no?!" Dr Loomis said angrily
"Loomis I did everything I could the state didn't agree with it and the rest was out of my hands" The Doctor said,slowly pulling out a cigarette.
"I can't believe this!,there has to be some mistake!" Loomis got up and threw the papers on the floor.
"Well what do you want Loomis you want the state to execute somebody for something that happen decades ago and truth be told since he's been here he hasn't done nothing to have my staff think he should be executed" the doctor said,lighting up his cigarette.
"This man has not said a word since he's been here! You are telling me from since he was a little boy to now he has not said a single damn sentence and you are telling me that is normal??" Loomis said angrily.
"What do you see that we don't see in him that you see as such a threat? please tell me" the doctor asked
"When I look into his eyes I don't see anything all I see is a emotionless soul who could careless about his well being and anybody else's,there's evil within him something very dark very sinister is still in him" Loomis said
"Loomis you are the psychiatrist this is what you get paid for if there's something evil in him why can't you take it out of him then?" The Doctor asked
"I tried! For years and years I've tried its to the point where I know that if he could get the chance to kill he is gonna take that chance" Loomis started shaking his head in disappointment.
"Loomis I gotta tell you this as well he is being transferred to another facility a few miles up" the doctor said
"You are transferring him!! Are you crazy you basically are letting him free you are pushing him closer to his home" Loomis said angrily
"What's there for him anyways Loomis his parents died he killed his sister who else is there left for him?" The doctor asked.Loomis stared slowly out the window.
"His sister is still out there she's still here,and I know he knows that and I know if you transfer him closer to home he is gonna go after her maybe even kill her" Loomis slowly leaned his head against the window.
"Look Loomis I don't got time for you're little theories and you are cutting into my break i will call you later and we can talk more about this" the doctor said,slowly putting out his cigarette.Loomis went and grabbed his jacket and headed for the door.
"If Michael knows she's out there on Halloween night nobody is gonna be safe" Loomis said slowly putting on his jacket. "Have a good day doctor"
