I screwed up and I hated screwing up, especially when it came to Seth. All through Friday morning all I could think about was how much I'd screwed up. Luckily, after our morning activities on Fridays, we went out into the city about two hours after. He had so much fun during tennis and I suddenly felt so out of the loop. What I wouldn't give to be part of the Seth Winters fun train. He suddenly laughed out of the blue and shot one of the girls trying to spread her STDs a heart-wrenching smile that did all sorts to my insides. Be still my poor heart.
I didn't even bother going early for German today - I was on a mission to ensure my best friend (bitch you know you want more than that) was okay with me again. Only two words - pig out.
I took the love of my life, Nutella, out of my suitcase and went around asking for Skittles sours and I luckily found two huge packets. I then bought two cans of Mountain Dew for him and queued all the Regular Show episodes on my laptop. I set everything up on his bed and left an 'I'm sorry' note and headed back to my cabin, forgetting all about German class.
I took a refreshing shower and sat on the couch in the living room attempting to do some SAT math practice. Take note of the word 'attempt'.
The girls came back one by one and in a couple of minutes everyone was chatting animatedly around me but I couldn't even join them because I was hoping Seth was smiling because of my pig out idea or something.
"Why so down Riley?" Sydney asked.
"It's all because of hottie pants." Emma answered for me wriggling her eyebrows.
"It isn't Seth." I pouted. Lie.
"Because it sure as hell isn't Caleb." Emma said. "He's just an infected vagina."
What the fuck? I couldn't help but laugh at that and I wasn't the only one laughing.
"Caleb's worth it." I replied weakly which made all the girls burst into another round of laughter. It seemed like I was trying to convince myself more than I was trying to convince them.
My phone pinged signaling a new message coming in.
Sethhoe: Can't eat all this alone. Come over?
"I'm off to Seth's cabin guys." I said in a rush while slipping on my flip-flops and quickly left the cabin only to find him waiting for me on the porch.
"Here." I smiled.
"Then come on! There's Regular Show that's really not gonna watch itself." he said pulling me away from my cabin and towards his.
"I'm sorry. I really am. I don't even know what - " I started.
"Hey," he smiled that megawatt smile that made him look so damn handsome. "I can't stay mad at you Riles and you know that," he bumped my shoulder, "So come with me."
With those last four words, I let him lead me to his bed where I'd set up everything and we watched regular show and ate our food. After about two episodes, Seth had killed it and kept my laptop somewhere safe.
"I gotta go shopping today, come with?" I asked.
"Sure thing. I even need your opinion on a couple of stuff." he replied.
"We should wear black. Like all black." I suggested.
"Gimme a good reason."
You look sexy in black, I thought.
"Do I now?" he smirked at me.
Well, fuck me. I said that out loud. I sighed.
"Yes you do, you cocky little bitch." I gave in. " So black?"
