Ah.. Thursday. Not quite Friday or Saturday but I woke up happy. Probably because the one person that mattered the most to me was also happy. It was a very nice feeling actually.

"You look happy duckface." Rick said to me on my way to the bathroom.

"Good morning to you too Rick." I smiled. Wow, not a smirk as I looked in the mirror. Cormack, what do you do to me?

"I know that you're going for that party on Friday so just tell me you'll give me a ride man." Adam mumbled in between brushing his teeth.

I chuckled.

"I'm going with Riley." I said as I put some toothpaste on my toothbrush. Crest 3D Whitening really does the job. "Where's the venue of this party Adam?" I asked before I started brushing.

"I don't know man."

"Does anyone know?"

"This guy called Maurice, his parents are fucking loaded and he asked if we could have like an evening outing at his parents' villa which is about a thirty-minute drive from here. Camp directors said it's okay as long as all attendees aren't below 16 and are back by at most, one." Nathan answered.

"Dude, how do you even know that shit?" Rick asked.

"That's for me to know and for your scrawny ass to find out." he smirked.

Since Nathan wasn't going for Riley anymore, we had sorta become cool. He was an okay guy when he wasn't looking at himself in the mirror and I know I could totally relate to that. When you look good, you sometimes - for me anyway - wanna be cocky about it. When it's the center of your attention, it's definitely not a good thing but once in a while it's great to know that you look good. It was something Nathan and I had talked about as a turn-off to the realest and best girls out there. Imparting knowledge totally rocks.

"Nathan, text me the address later, yeah?" I asked.

"You got that lover boy."

I left my cabin with my tennis gear on hand and a couple of books for French in my bag while Adam and Rick were saying something about Resident Evil which I wasn't paying attention to. I had finished the game in record time, for me anyways, so I wasn't really paying attention to what they were saying until the subject changed to Riley-related things.

"So you and red hottie kissed and made up yet?" Adam smirked my way.

Weirdly, his calling her red hottie infuriated me a bit because that was quite demeaning to Riley's person. She's so much more than a "red hottie" so when I elbowed his gut and told him never to call her that again, I felt that I had done some justice to her even though Rick was laughing his heart out beside him.

"Note to self." Rick said in between bouts of laughter, "Do not say anything undermining about Riley. Seth fucks people up."

"You got that right Ricky." I smirked as I saw Adam with a scowl on his face storm off in a different direction. "Got tennis now dude. See ya later?"

"Definitely." he replied and we did some bro greeting thing. I honestly wondered why we didn't just walk off like girls did. Guys just always wanted to look cool so girls would look and fawn over some muscles or whatever. But all that was really superficial. If she's only attracted to you, she's most definitely not worth it but if she stays with you even when you've been at the lowest points in your life, keep her and never lose her.

Tennis was great. I was feeling like Roger Federer with all those powerful backhands. Maybe I was a sports all-rounder.  I tried my hardest to pay attention during French and not think of stuff that would be embarrassing but it was all to no avail. The first part I mean. There was no way in hell I'd be getting a hard-on in public again. The last thing I was able to recall from that French class was oral test on Saturday which meant I had to do a bit of reading up and practice my speaking skills on Riley. I smirked at the thought. That would definitely be hot. Just imagining her blushing and getting all flustered while I spoke some French phrases to her in an undeniably sexy accent ... I had come up with a plan.
