Let's just take a second
A tiny minuet minute
To compare your life to mine
You are a dirty mirror
Locked away and forgotten
Purely jealous of someone else's shine
Misguided, mistreated, and oh so defeated
You think you're as quick as me
But when it comes down to the stats
(And we know you couldn't possibly have that)
There is something you could never ever be
Money wasn't taken
And no, it wasn't an item
It's something more valuable to the mind
It's the pure idea
Of a watercolor imagination
Like candy, you couldn't resist
You played a card
Used far to many times
Like the master of a poker table game
You lost, and are out of luck
Because we all know innocent souls
Only get so far in heaven
Now wipe your tears
Suck it up
And erase the trace of your lies
Consider us over
Hell, delete my number
As I could care even less then you
So hand me my crown
And take my wasted time
Please try to remember
Who the queen is of such poetic rhyme
-
If it's not true, then this shouldn't bother you in the slightest.
