***Rachel's POV***
"No no no! You are not making me eat this!" Zoey yelled. Everyone rolled their eyes.
"Then don't eat, it's that simple." A guy from behind us says. Zoey rolls her eyes at him and sits.
"Do either of you want this?"
Violet and I shake our heads no and she groans.
     "Okay cool." She says sarcastically.
I don't know how I feel about Zoey. She looks and appears nice... but she's not. And I hate people like that.
"Attention," the counselor yelled to the lunch room. Everyone looked at her.
"There are three rules of staying here, break any of them and you'll be brought back to school." I tried to read the counselor's name tag, I think it said Andrea.
"First off," Counselor Andrea took out a notebook. "No wandering around after dark. If you need to use the bathroom, use the bucket located next to your dressers."
What? I never saw a bucket.
"Second, no being disruptive, that includes making loud and unnecessary noises whether it be in your cabins or anywhere, really."
"And lastly, absolutely no boyfriend and girlfriend stuff here."
That made some people groan, and I couldn't see Jacob from where I was sitting in the lunch room. The room was so big, I think it's bigger than my entire house structure.
"After you're done eating, you may be dismissed." Were counselor Andrea's last words to us for the day.
"Well, I'm done, so later freaks!" Zoey shouted, mostly to us. Violet and I rolled our eyes.
"No one asked you," Violet muttered under her breath. I laughed a little.
"Honestly, I don't understand her problem," I said, taking a bite of my so-called fruit.
"I don't know. It could be a lot of things. Anger issues, getting over a breakup, that time of the month," Violet grinned.
"Okay if it's that time of the month for her, I'll give her a free pass. I think we both know how I am when it's my time," I joke. Violet nods.
     "Yes."

When we were done with our lunch, I tried to find Jacob.
"Jacob!" I yell. I run over to him.
     "Hey!"
He braces me with a hug and I breathe in the amazing, cotton candy-like smell of him.
"I feel like I haven't seen you in forever," I smile, pulling away from the hug. Jacob smiles in return.
"Forever doesn't have to be that long, now does it?"
I didn't really know what he meant by that. It was probably meant to be light-hearted and not taken seriously, but something about it made me feel uneasy.
"Well anyways," I chuckle. "See you tomorrow?" I ask him. He nods.
I begin to walk away when he pulls my arm.
"I would kiss you, but we'd both be in trouble," he grins while whispering into my ear. I smile and walk back to my cabin.
     I love him so much.
"You finally decided to show up!" Violet said as I walked into our cabin.
"I wasn't even gone that long!" I said with sarcasm. Violet and I began laughing.
"Okay. When you two freaks stop being so weird, let me know." Zoey rolls her eyes.
     I'd had it.
     "What's your problem?"
