sorry I haven't updated in a long time. been busy with school and i also broke my finger and its kindof hard to type with a broken finger. ENJOY!

Anika POV

'This past week has been awaful' I think as I lay awake in my bed. I haven't spoke to Luka and he's avoiding me. I relize I probably over reacted for a stupid reason, I mean how else was I suppose to react I was confused and he was being stuborn.

It is Friday and tonight is the stupid dance. I much rather stay home but Sadie, Jess, Laural, and Scarlett said I've done enough sulking for a week and needed to go have some fun and let loose. I slowly get out of bed to get ready for school. Laural offered to take me to school because I didn't feel like driving. One at school I head straight for the gym because on Fridays we have early cheer practice, and I'm glad because I don't think I can handle Luka ignoring in home room.

I walk in the gym and Scarlet walks up next to me. "Hey you are still coming to the dance right?" she asks with a hopefull look on her face. Scarlett and I have gotten really close over the weeks. One reason being because the day after the full moon she nealy attcked me saying how sorry she was the she almost ripped me head off. I also found out that we like a lot of the same things and to do the same things so the Jessica, Sadie and I were happy to let her in our group. "Yes Scar, I don't really have a choice because I'm pretty sure you and the girls would just drag me there by my hair if I didn't go by choice." I say jokingly. She laughs "Ok. I'm just checking because all you have done this past week is mope about my dorky brother." She says with a sad look on her face."Ya I just don't know what happened all I did was ask if he wanted to go to the dance so we could show everyone we are together, but all he said was dances aren't his type of thing." I say for probably the hundredth time. "That's because they really aren't. Not once in his entier life has Luka ever gone to a dance. No matter how hard I try to convince him he doesn't go." She explains. "O... I just thought..." "You thought it was because he didn't think a lot of you". I nod "Welll let me tell ya that is not true all he ever does at home is talk about you or ask me about you, and I've been contemplating weather or not to put a mussle on him." She winks knowing I'll understand the reall meaning behind that last part. "He really does that." "Yep"

"HEY CAPTIN ARE WE GOING TO START OR ARE YOU STILL IN YOUR THEREPY SESSION!" Scarlett and Is talk is stopped by the most annoying, sarcastic, fake, evil, bitchiest voices on planet earth.  Katherine Pierce. She is the most full of herself person at this whole school. She thinks that just because her daddy buys her everything and does everything for her she is a godess.

"Well hello to you to Katherine. How are you on this fine day?" I say in the bitchiest voice I can pull off. "Peachy. Soo.. Who are you taking to the dance?" She says with a smirk. "Nobody." I simply say. "Who are you taking?" I say like I actually care. "Caesar" "Sierra?" I ask. "Ya why jelous." O God no, that boy sleeps with anything that has boobs, sooo I really don't know why he is actually taking you to the dance." I say just to shut her up and to wipe that stupid smirk off her face. Everyone started to bust up in laughter. "OK GIRLS LETS GET STARTED!" I say before she can even reply. 'This is going to be a long day.' I think to myself.

Scarlett POV

GOD today was a long day. Now I am just happy that I get to go get ready for the dance with my three new friends. I home and Luka's car is in the drive way. I go inside confused and walk up to his room to find him laying on his bed staring at the celing. "You don't wanna burn a hole in the celing bro." I joke at him. "Shut up Scar." "Why wern't you  at school today? Is it because the dance is tonight and you didn't want Anika to see you?" I ask knowing thats why. "No." He says quickly still looking at the celing. "You are such a bad liar, but just go to the stupid thing they aren't that bad. Plus it's a masquerade dance so you can wear a mask and nobody knows who you are." He says nothing but he looks like hes thinking so I just go to my room to get my dress and shoes.
