Cocoa Brownies

You know those days when you want (or need) a brownie and you want it right away? Well these one bowl brownies are the answer! Made with cocoa powder, they can be whipped up in no time at all - no electric mixer required!


~Ingredients:

3/4 Cups Unsalted Butter, Melted.

1 Cup Powdered sugar 

1/2 Cup Brown Sugar 

2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract 

4 Large Eggs

1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder

1/2 Cup Plain Flour

~Directions:

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 320 Degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2: Grease and line an 8 inch square baking pan.

Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, add the melted butter and sugars and gently whisk them together.

Step 4: Add the vanilla extract and stir.

Step 5: Add the eggs, one at a time. stirring in between, then sift in the cocoa powder and flour.

Step 6: Stir until combined.

Step 7: Pour the batter in the pan and bake for about 30 minutes or until they no longer wobble in the middle.*

Step 8: Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

*The baking time will effect the texture of the brownies. Try not to over bake them to ensure they are still gooey in the center.
