Thick, fudgy brownies smothered in silky smooth chocolate ganache, and topped with M&M candies.
~Ingredients:
-Brownie:
3/4 Cup Unsalted Butter.
2 Eggs.
1 Cup Granulated Sugar.
2/3 Cup Light Brown Sugar, tightly packed.
2 Tablespoons Milk.
2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract.
3/4 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder.
3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour.
-Ganache Frosting:
1 1/2 Cups Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips.
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream.
-Topping:
1 Cup Mini M&M's.
~Directions:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a 9x9 inch pan with parchment paper and spray with non stick spray.
Making the Brownies:
Step 2: In a large bowl, melt the butter in the microwave for about 1 - 2 minutes.
Step 3: Whisk in the sugar, egg, milk, and vanilla.
Step 4: Then whisk in cocoa powder until smooth.
Step 5: Add the flour gradually, whisk until combined.
Step 6: Spread the batter in the prepared pan.
Step 7: Bake for about 25 - 30 Minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool Completely.
Making the Ganache Frosting:
Step 8: Heat the heavy cream in a medium sauce pan.
Step 9: Add the chocolate chips.
Step 10: Stir occasionally until smooth.
Step 11: Sprinkle with M&M's.
Step 12: Refrigerate until the ganache has set.*
