~Making the Brownies:

Step 3: Melt butter and set aside to cool slightly.
Step 4: In a medium bowl, beat two eggs with the vanilla.
Step 5: Add in and gently stir dry ingredients.
Step 6: Pour the melted butter into brownie mixture and mix until just incorporated.
Step 7: Spread batter in a prepared 8-inch square pan and bake for 20 - 22 minutes.
Step 8: Cool completely. Press the brownies down with your hand gently, so they are even all over.
~Making the Frosting:
Step 9: Stir together the mint extract and the sweetened condensed milk.
Step 10: In a large sauce pan combine the white chocolate chips, the butter, and the sweetened condensed milk.
Step 11: Stir until melted and creamy.
Step 12: Add the marshmallow cream and stir until melted.
Step 13: Add a little green gel color until it is the desired green color of your choice.
Step 14: Pour on top of the cooled brownies.
Step 15: Sprinkle the top with the chopped cookie crumbs.
Step 16: Press into the fudge gently with the back of a spoon.
Step 17: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before trying to cut into squares.
Step 18: Keep refrigerated when not serving.
~Recipe Notes:
*You can use as little or as much green food coloring you want. It depends on your taste and what kind of food coloring you are using (gel, powder , liquid etc...)
**If you don't want to use the expensive girl scout cookies, then you can use any chocolate mint cookies from any store (Walmart, Target, Dollar Store, .99 Cents Store etc...)
Enjoy!
Please leave us a picture in the comments below if you make it!
