Fudgy, gooey white chocolate brownies are heaven in brownie form. It's an easy, one bowl brownie recipe with the most delicious white chocolate flavor.
~Ingredients:
-Brownie Mix:*
2/3 Cup Unsalted Butter.
6 oz Baking White Chocolate.*
3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar.
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract.
1/4 Teaspoon Salt.
2 Large Eggs, room temperature.
1 1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour.
-Topping:
1/3 Cup White Chocolate Chips.
1/2 Cup Semi - Sweet Chocolate Chips.**
~Directions:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Line a 8 inch by 8 inch pan with parchment paper or aluminium foil and grease lightly. Leave enough aluminum foil overhanging on the sides to lift the brownies out of the pan. Set aside.
~Making the Brownies:
Step 2: In a medium sized microwave - safe bowl, melt the butter and white chocolate in short 20 second bursts. Stir after each 20 second burst.
Step 3: After both the butter and white chocolate are melted, cool for 5 minutes.
Step 4: Whisk in the granulated sugar, followed by the vanilla extract, eggs and salt.
Step 5: Gently fold in the flour.
Step 6: Pour the mixture into your prepared pan and bake for 20 - 24 minutes, or until the top is set and the sides are starting to pull away from the pan or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean or with a few moist crumbs.
Step 7: Allow the brownies to cool fully in their pan.
Step 8: To serve, lift the brownies out of the pan using the aluminium foil edges. Carefully peel back the sides of the foil, then cut into 9 or 12 squares.
~Making the Topping:
Step 9: In a small bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave in short 20 second bursts, stirring between each burst.
Step 10: Drizzle the white chocolate over each square.
Step 11: In a small bowl, melt the semi sweet chocolate chips in the microwave in short 20 second bursts, stirring between each burst.
Step 12: Drizzle the semi sweet chocolate over each square.
Step 13: Store the brownies in an air - tight container in the fridge for 4 - 5 days.
Step 14: Eat and Enjoy!
~Recipe Notes:
*Use baking white chocolate not candy melts.
**You can use either semi - sweet chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips etc...
