Meet Lucas! (Prolouge Part 2)

Calum's P.O.V

{8 1/2 months later}

"You had a boy!" I exclaimed after I heard the cry of him.

I was with Allie in the delivery room. Allie and I started dating about a month and a half ago. She movedin with me after she told her parents she was pregant. They said if she wouldn't get rid of it, she had to leave. So that's what she did. I lived on my own since I was eighteen now, and I told her she could live with me.

There was only one thing about that, we had to hide her from the other boys. She never got to tell Ashton she was having a baby, and I promised I wouldn't say anything about her or the baby to them.

I promised her that I would stay by her side. And I have since that day. I promised I would treat this baby as if it were my own. And now i have a son! well,he's not actually mine, but I'm just gonna say he is.

"What are you gonna call him?" The doctor asked us. I looked at Allie and waited for her to say the name. We discussed this before and she picked the best name ever. She was naming him after Luke and Mikey. It was kind of adorable.

"Lucas Michael Hood." She said. She was tired and her voice showed that. I smiled when she said that Lucas was gonna have my last name.

"I like it." I said and I leaned down and kissed her forehead. She smiled at me and closed her eyes. She had to be knackered. Giving birth is probably one of the hardest things in the world. Shortly she was asleep, and didn't even get to hold Lucas yet.

"Do you want to hold your son?" One of the nurses asked. Inodded my head and she brought her over to me.

"Okay, you have to support his head and hold him with both arms." She said and put the little boy in my arms. I looked at him and I felt like I was gonna cry. He is one of the cutest things I have ever seen before.

"Hi buddy. Iim gonna teach you how to play the bass one day. And your uncle's Luke and Mikey will teach you guitar. " I whispered. The nurse smiled at me and I smiled back.

"He's gonna love you." She whispered and then she left, she told me she was gonna fill out the birth certificate and then take his foot print.

I had sat here just cuddling Lucas for about an hour when Allie woke up and looked at me. I looked at her and her green eyes sparkled with joy and happiness.

"Would you like to hold him?" I asked. She shook her head.

"Not until I get a pivture. This is a cute father son moment. If I didn't know, I would think he was yours all along." She said. I smiled and reached for my phone. I know the nurse said to keep both arms on himat all times, but I got this. I won't ever hurt this little man. Ever.

She took my phone and snapped three different pictures. One where I wasn't paying attention, one where I was smiling and then one of my kissing Lucas's forehead. After she took all three, she sent them to her self and set the one of my kissing him as my background. I hope the boys don't go through my phone. Especially not Ashton. How do I explain that to him?
