^pay attention to who's who^
Vienna had been chosen to do body art on Venice and her best friend, Lex, for their senior pictures. Lex and Venice had spent the day in the house, watching a couple of Disney movies, until Vienna had told them that she was ready for them. They sauntered into Venice's room, and Vienna told them to strip, facing the other way for their privacy.
"Oh! Are those new?" Lex asked Venice. Vienna was still facing the other way, but she could practically see Venice glancing and back from her friend to Vienna with nervous eyes.
"Yeah." Venice replied shakily.
"Has Jared seen yet?" Lex questioned, and Venice sucked in a breath.
"Yeah, he's seen." She mumbled.
"Did you get a tattoo?" Vienna asked curiously from the corner.
"No, they're nipple piercings." Venice told her quietly.
"Those hurt like hell." Vienna chuckled, and Venice's eyes widened as her sister turned around. "I would know because I had them too."
"Vienna, you are literally the chillest guardian ever." Lex spoke, and Venice nodded in agreement.
"So who's Jared?" Vienna inquired casually, and Venice blushed down to her toes. She rocked back and forth on her heels, and crossed her arms across her pierced chest.
"My almost boyfriend." Venice muttered.
"You've already shown him the goods?" Vienna asked incredulously, and Venice nodded. "Probably not the best move, but I'm not here to judge. Just be careful, Venny." Vienna told her.
"Of course." Venice assured her.
"Vienna!" She heard Harry's familiar voice from downstairs, and she raised an eyebrow.
"Their are two shirtless minors in here, go away! I'll talk to you later!" Vienna yelled down the stairs.
"Alright, goodbye duchess. I like you!" He replied up the stairs.
"I like you too." She reciprocated, and she arranged her paints on Venice's desk.
"So, it's getting pretty serious between you and Styles, yeah?" Venice asked, lying down next to Lex on the bed.
"I guess so."
"Wait, wait, wait. Styles as in Harry Styles?" Lex squeaked. She excitedly sat up, the bounce from the mattress nearly causing Vienna to spill her paints.
"Yeah, I guess." Vienna replied, gently pushing her back to lay down.
"That was who that was?" Lex all but shrieked. "Holy shit, I could've been topless in the presence of Harry Styles." She whispered.
"Okay, you need to calm down. He's just Harry."
Lex and Venice had a couple more conversations while Vienna was painting on their backs. Long back and forth strokes across their backs soothed them, and they were on their phones for a while. Vienna was in the middle of painting on Venice's back when she noticed a dark bruise on her side.
"Venny, how did you get this bruise?" Vienna lightly pressed against the dark spot to accent what she was asking.
"I have no clue." Venice honestly spoke.
"It's so dark." Vienna whispered. She continued with her painting, and then she listened as Venice's breath became more labored. "Darling, are you okay?" She asked cautiously.
"Yeah, I'm okay." Venice assured her.
"Alright." Vienna said warily.
Once she had finished with the paintings, she had them sit up, and she took a picture of their backs. Lex smiled widely at the picture, and Venice did as well, but she also was looking at the bruised area of her skin the mirror. Vienna sat down in front of her sister on the floor, and looked at her somberly.
