Chapter 4: Research

Nabubuwisit ako sa kanila. Puro paliko at pabitin ang mga ideas nila.

"Sabi ko sayo hindi nila sasabihin sayo eh." Sabi ni Irish na mukhang sigurado sa pinahayag nya.

"Let's just go to our next subject." Sabi nito.

I nodded and followed her.

Natapos na ang paglalakad namin sa hallway at nakarating na sa classroom.

"Good Morning. I am Ms. Athena Demorvie and I will be your teacher in Major Substances." Sabi nya.

"Substances are form of mixtures like colloids,heterogenous and homogenous. Hetero means large or big and Homo which means small." Sabi nito.

"Kailangan ang mga yan sa injections and other Mixtured Substances." Sabi nya.

Yun na lang ata ang naintindihan ko dahil wala ang focus ko sa lesson kung hindi sa mga nangyayari dito.

It just feels so eerie for me.

Huminga ako ng malalim dahil halos sumabog ang utak ko sa kaiisip.

"You fine?" Tanong ni Irish.

I raised my two eyebrows two times as if I am saying 'yes.'

I sighed and tried to focus.

"Ms. Cadwell, are you fine? Are you with us?" Tanong nito while curiosity was drawn in her angelic face.

I nodded and sat properly.

Pinaglaruan ko lang ang dipindot kong ballpen at pinagpipipindot ito.

I am so stressed because of their movements. Especially Charles.

Para akong pinaglalaruan ng marami rito.

Sometimes, may malalapad na ngiti at matatalim na tingin ang nakikita ko.

Other times, mga maaamong mukha at masayahing labi ang nakakasalamuha ko but I am really confused of their Skills. Something is wrong with them and they showed that up since the second week of school year.

Anyways, after how many minutes—natapos na ang lesson namin at nagpaassignment about Colloids.

I think I got that book inside the Study room.

Ng mag uwian na, sumakay na ako sa sasakyan ko. Yes, bumili na ako ng sasakyan na good for 2 persons.

Nagmaneho na ako pauwi at dali- daling umakyat sa library namin.

Inilapag ko ang bag ko sa kwarto ko at nagsimulang hanapin ang Book shelf C para sa Colloids Books.

Habang naghahanap ako, isang book ang bumagsak. Hindi sya nabibilang rito sa C Section dahil ang nakalagay sa harap ay ang pangalan ng bayan at dapat nasa literature.

Nilagay ko yun sa table at ginawa muna ang assignment. After 15 minutes, natapos ko na agad ang assignment at nagfocus sa libro ng bayang ito.

Pagbuklat ko ng unang pahina, isang detalyadong larawan ito ng Wolf.

Oo wolf ito.

Nahahati sya sa dalawang kulay ng parte ng buong katawan.

Ang left side ay nagtataglay ng Brown fur, Golden Brown Eyes, and its fangs.

Sa kabila naman ay white fur and Crystal Blue Eyes, and its bare fangs.

Nilampasan ko na ang table of contents at dumiretso sa unang article.

"Breeds Population Hierarchy." yan ang nabasa ko.

Binasa ko ang buong data at tinutukoy lang nila ang breeds rito. Tatlong pamilyar na salitang narinig ko na.

May apat na pwesto ang Hierarchy at ang Barriong ito ay nagtataglay ng 2,950 populations

Ang pinakababa ay 'Guests' or outsiders ng Barrio na merong 450 populations.

Ang pangalawa ay--sandali. Nakakasamid ito.

'pure Human.' Yan ang nakalagay dun. Mayroon itong 500 na kasapi.

'Well tamed. Ang grupong may kahati sa isang bahagdan. Equally, 50 % sila dun.

Ang well tamed ay may 1250 population ganun rin sa uncontrolled.

Sandali, ang kinuha kong libro ay tungkol sa bayan pero from the word 'tamed' & 'pure human?' Sounds like therr is a connection between animals nor nature.

Nagbasa pa ako at napukaw ng isang talata ang mga mata ko.

"Hummington family was known to be the Royal leaders or Masters of Well-Tamed Breeds." Pahayag nito.

Napamura ako ng mahina dahil sa nabasa ko.

Hummington? Well tamed Master? Master Charles? Connected ideas makes me puzzle them all.

Sumunod ay halos mangatog ang joints ko.

"On the other hand, Norcross family was known to be the Royal Hellions of Uncontrolled. Though they are uncontrolled, they can manage a pack of breed." Nanginginig na pagbasa ko.

Norcross is Trevor's Surname and Hummington is Charles's surname.

Pinagpatuloy ko ang pagbabasa at tinignan kung kailan ito naipublish.

26th of February 5 years ago. Sandali, new update ito. Bakit may ganito sa library ko? Walang gumagalaw o pumapasok sa bahay kaya paano ito nailgay rito? This really fucking puzzle me out.

Binasa ko pa ang ibang articles at napansin ang oras.

6:30 p.m.

Gabi na pala at hindi ko napansin na gutom na rin ako. Bumaba muna ako at kumuha ng pagkain dun.

Umakyat muli ako sa study room at binasa ng sumusunod pang articles.

"Uncontrolled Breeds are werewolves' breeds which is very dangerous and avoided. They can kill or eat if they sensed up blood or fresh fleshes. It makes their System uncontrolled and violent because of their craves, thirst and hunger." Pahayag rito.

Nanginig ang mga tuhod ko sa nabasa ko. Werewolves? I am living with an "almost-occupied-by-werewolves" Barrio? Shit. This can't be happening.

Sumunod namang talata ay patungkol sa Well Tamed Breeds. Halos lamunin ako ng amusement at curiosity sa bawat idea na nababasa ko.

"Well Tamed are the easiest and friendly Breed of werewolves. They can control their craves,thirst and hunger. They aren't harmful but mostly, they are defensive." Yun ang nakapahayag rito.

Nagugulat ako sa bawat idea at parang napagcoconnect ko na ang mga ideas.

Charles hummington. The Master of Well tamed Breeds of werewolves. Sino naman ang Hellion ng Uncontrolled.

Naconnect ko na ang ideas nito. Totoo ang mga nakikita ko sa mga mata nila. Sa kilos at sa galaw. Siguro ang mga normal rito na kagaya ko ay mga Pure Human at ang mga weirdo ang mga werewolves.

"Hybrids."

"In biology a hybrid, also known as cross breed, is the result of mixing, through sexual reproduction, two animals or plants of different breeds, varieties, species or genera." Yan ang nakapahayag dun.

So ang iba rito ay may dugong human at werewolves. How ironic.

"Regular werewolves or known as pure werewolves in general are easy to be known. They will be known by their skills. Pure werewolves cannot understand human's psychology system. They aren't patient and can kill even if they are well tamed. Hybrids are more catchy because of being patient and intelligent by understanding their leader." Nakalagay roon.

Unti unti, natanggap ko ang mga bagay pero isa na lang ang kailangan kong gawin.

Ang makausap si Charles para makumpirma lahat ng detalye ng nasa libro at para malaman kung sino ang Hellion ng Uncontrolled Breeds.

I blinked my eyes for how many frequent times para magfunction ito clearly. Inaantok na siguro ako at napansin ang oras.

It's already 8:00 late. I think I need to sleep.

I have enough worries about a while ago. I should worry enough for tomorrow.
