Note: I'm skipping the engineering party chapter (for now), but once I have the inspiration to write it, I'll post that up 😂 We learn a lil more about our side couples in this chapter!

"Ai'Arthit, I need to borrow your boyfriend for awhile! See ya, thanks!"
Before Arthit could even react or ask why, Prem was dragging his clueless and confused boyfriend away.
"Oi, where are you taking him? What the hell, Ai'Prem?! Bring him back in one piece!"
Prem needed to do this where that'd be no one to interrupt him, mainly a specific two that had the tendency to pop out of nowhere. He couldn't afford to fuck this up because this was his future with Wad on the line here, damn it!
"If you tell anyone about what I'm about to ask you, you're done for. This has to remain between the both of us only.'' Prem jabbed a finger into Kongpob's left shoulder as if doing so might drive his point in. '' You hear me? I'm not kidding, Kongpob. I will fucking maim you if you do. You know what I'm capable of, don't you?"
The whole tough guy act wasn't really working.
An unfazed Kongpob actually chuckled in response, "P'Prem, you do realize that I'm dating a grumpy someone who threatens me on a daily basis, right? Such threats don't really scare me anymore. But I promise not to say a word to anyone. What is it, P'? Is everything alright?"
Prem had no choice but to swallow his pride by approaching the junior for advice. He admitted that he was a clueless fuck where matter of the hearts were concerned. Sure, he's had girlfriends before, but it wasn't as if he felt as strongly for them compared to his feelings for Wad.
"How did you...when you realized that you had feelings for Ai'Arthit, how did you tell him?" Prem finally asked after a bout uncertain silence.
"P'Arthit was the one who asked if I had any feelings for him. It just...I'd say that it went downhill from there, but it did work out for us in the end. Are you finally planning on confessing to Wad, P'?"
The denial was on Prem's lips, but this was Kongpob he was talking to. Perceptive and able to see through anyone's bullshit. Damn that kid.
"Yeah." Prem finally admitted quietly. "I'm tired of going around in circles. It's been...what, two years plus? I should have told him back then. But what if it doesn't work out?"
Kongpob lightly tapped Prem on the arm, "You can't have thoughts like that, P'. If you like him, go for it. If both of you continue to hesitate, you're both going to be left hanging. Do you really want to graduate without telling Wad how you really feel?"
"My confession to P'Arthit ended up with rejection the first time." Kongpob continued. "Rejection is inevitable, P'Prem. I was ready to move on then, no matter how painful. But...at least you'll move on knowing that you've tried your best. There's nothing worse than pondering over "what if(s)" questions in your head, P'."
Prem didn't want that; the agony of questioning himself over what he didn't do. The junior's words made sense, the advice striking a particular chord in him. "...at least you'll move on knowing that you've tried your best."
"Thanks, Kongpob. I...appreciate it." This was the first time Prem had discussed about this with someone, and it was funny that the first person that he had talked to was Kongpob out of all of his friends. He had to admit that the junior was pretty mature and wise for his age. "I can see why Ai'Arthit likes you so much. He pretends to talk shit about you when we're all together, but we all know he's head over heels in love with you."
