Note: Of finals and the gang finally goes on their first vacation!💩😎

The more one dreaded something, the quicker it came.
It felt as if midterms had barely passed them and they were already starting to prepare for their dreaded finals - the final obstacle for the fifth years. The stress was on a whole other level this time round since their finalised grades would more or less determine 60% of their future. Everyone wanted to be able to graduate and to throw their mortar boards high up in the air on graduation day, to look back and know that all the efforts that they had put in had been worth it.
The mood was starting to turn more subdued as it finally began to sink in for the fifth years that it would be goodbye in a few months time. Sure, they complained and whined about having to attend eight am lab sessions, the endless projects and the ever-piling workload, but the attachment to the university was there.
Couldn't time slow down?
Arthit and his classmates had identical worried expressions when the professor finally dispersed them for the day. Today's lecture had left them feeling as if they were far behind in their studies and judging by the contents, there was still a fair bit for them to catch up on.
''I just realized something.'' Bright quipped as they filed out of the lecture hall. ''There's actually three more months before finals. We're doomed.'' He stated blandly. ''It makes me wonder what I've been doing here for the past four years.''
Toota pressed the pad of his finger to his pulse point, ''Oh god, please don't remind me. The mere mention of finals is enough to send my blood pressure skyrocketing. Three months. It feels like it was only yesterday that Ai'Prem asked us if we wanted to eat together after class.'' Toota reminisced fondly as they settled down on the grassy patch, none of them in the mood to return to their dorms yet.
The image of a bespectacled Prem was one that they would never forget. He had been so timid back then, and believe it or not, the quietest one in the group. It was amazing how time could change a person.
Toota brightened up when an idea popped up in his mind, ''You know what we should do?''
''Get something to eat?'' Bright asked hopefully.
''No. And we just had lunch two hours ago! Where the heck does all the food you eat go to?''
Bright couldn't give an answer even if he wanted to, ''I'm a growing boy. Plus, I need the stamina to keep my sex life active.'' He wriggled his eyebrows much to the disdain of his friends.
''As I was about to say-'' Toota glared at Bright as a warning not to interrupt him again. ''-we should go on a trip after our exams. The graduation ceremony isn't until sometime...so we could go before that.''
As a group, they hadn't been out of Bangkok before and the idea of going on a trip after the finals seemed great. The rest of them murmured their agreement. At least there was something that they could look forward to.
''Hey, Ai'Toot. Why don't you bring a +1 as well?''
''Wow, gee. Thanks for rubbing salt into my wound, Ai'Prem. And reminding me that I don't have a plus one.'' Toota bit back sassily at his friend. ''I'm kidding. No man is going to tie me down during the trip.'' He declared haughtily. ''I enjoy my life as a single man, thank you very much. Makes it easier for me to sample the different 'cuisines'.'' Toota added in with a salacious wink.
''Men are not food, Ai'Toot. Who's the ravenous one now?'' Bright shot back.
Prem stretched his long legs out in front of him, ''Are you saying that we're all 'tied down'?''
