Demetris pov:

This is just great. We've been searching for over 12 hours and still nothing.

Im not sure where we could look. My men are becoming tired, I don't know what to do.

It's dani's birthday in a couple hours, and it would've been the perfect time to ask..

Why couldn't I haven't just told her what my idea was?

'You're so stupid..' My wolf growls.

"Can we head back yet alpha, I'm sorry but, we don't even have a trace-" I cut one of my men off.

"No we will keep searching, even if its til I die." I yell.

"Now keep searching!"

Dani's pov:

It's dark out. I'm not sure what today is. I'm not sure what time it is. I'm scared and not sure when they're planning on killing me.

I am not even sure what I did to make them so mad..

Suddenly egg man walks in," Get out, master wants to see ya."

I slowly make my way towards the door, suddenly I feel a sharp pain.

"AAAAH!" I scream in pain.

"W-w-What's going on, what's wrong with you?! Hey, get up! Wha-" egg man panicks.

He tried getting me up resulting in more pain. My wolf is howling in pain,

"Sir!Sir, it's an emergency he yells in Walky-talky on his shoulder.

I fall the the cold stone floor,"What's happening to me!"

"I-I don't know!! Um.. Girl problems-" he tries.

"WHAT?? FOR FUCKSAKE HELP ME!!" I yell out.

Suddenly I hear my bones crack, patches of fur appear replace my skin.

"Oh god.. Master isn't gonna like this.." He trails off.

"I'm-I'm shifting. Oh god, why now out of all times?!" I whisper.

The pain becomes too unbearable and I close my eyes.

I hear footsteps enter the room.

I hear Darius's voice," Oh no. She's shifting we have to stop this right now..."

"Demetrius.." I whisper out quietly.

Demetris pov:

"Sir!Sir!Sir! We have a trace. Follow up its in the woods a small hidden cabin. We must hurry!"

My wolf is excited at the sudden outburst," Lead me there now!"

Dani's pov:

'What are they going to do to us,' my wolf whimpers.

"Go get the needle!" Darius yells.

"Here sir," another man says.

"Say goodbye to your wolf Danielle-" before Darius can finish a door is kicked in.

"Darius?!?!" I hear a voice that I instantly recognize and cas me down.

"He's here, I'm safe." I whisper.

"Demetri!! I'm over here! Help!" I scream with the last of my strength and pass out.

Few hours later..

"Doctor why isn't she waking up!?!?! If she doesn't wake up I'll have you killed," I hear an angry voice next to me full of worry.

"D-Demetri?" I open my eyes.

"Baby, thank god! I thought I'd never hear your beautiful voice again," he kisses my head multiple times as a chuckle.

"Wh-what happened?" I asked.

I look up as the doctor speaks," Hello Luna, tell me where it hurts," she pushes on my arms, legs, and stomach.

"Nowhere.." I say.

"Hmm," she says with a smile," I had you on pretty strong sleeping pills. Your wolf must've been awake still and helping your healing process go faster," she says marking some stuff on her board.

"Thanks doc please leave the room," Demetri says in his alpha tone.

"Yes alpha." She shuts the door as she walks out.

"Now tell me what happened." I stare at him his bags and bloodshot eyes tell me he's been up for a while. I touch the bruise and scratches on his face as he winces.

"You-You," he swallows."You ran away. He got you. And and, I found you. At that time you were shifting. He had a needle to your neck. Reading to kill your wolf. But I got there just in time to stop him. I killed him along with his men. I'm sorry this happene baby, it my fault," he finishes off.

I lift up his chin," it's not your fault ok? Don't think that way, if anything it was mine for runnin away. I'm sorry," I kiss his cheek repeatedly saying I'm sorry.
