Kiss the light goodbye

chapter seven

Bailey’s POV:

When I woke up it was still rather dark and I didn’t even know how I got on my bed. Oh that’s right I remember I fell when I was talking to Lucifer, I looked around and didn’t see him, he must have left to go home, I mean why would he stay?

“I will try” I heard Lucifer say from the bathroom, so he was still here, for some reason I felt happy that he was still here, I got up and walked into the bathroom and I heard another voice coming from there, but I peeked through the gap in the door and didn’t see anyone.

I heard a few more mumbles and quickly opened up the door and saw Lucifer standing in front of the mirror but no one was with him.

“Ah bailey, you’re awake” he said off guard.

“Umm yeah, I couldn’t sleep, who were you talking to?” I asked.

“Nobody, I was just washing my hands, you must have been hearing things” he quickly shrugged off, and weakly laughed.

“Ah, yeah I guess” I said in disbelief.

“It’s pretty early, there is no point in trying to sleep, and it’s already 5 am, I’ll make some breakfast, ok?” Lucifer asked.

“No, you don’t have to, I’m not hungry” I tried to convince.

“I can tell your lying, you are going to eat something, no matter what” he stated. He walked down the stairs grabbing my hand and I went with him, I sat on the chair and lent on the sideboard, watching Lucifer cook, I didn’t know what he was cooking but he looked sexy doing it.

“I’m cooking scrambled eggs, with capsicum, on French toast, and orange juice, how does that sound?” he asked smiling.

“Ok” I replied, not wanting to eat but I knew I would have to.

After ten minutes the food was done and Lucifer sat down next to me, he had already finished his almost as soon as he sat down, it was amazing how fast he ate, and horrible because all eyes were on me, well lucifers were.

“Come on, eat up” he pressed. I flashed a small one side smile, and picked up a piece of toast and held it to my mouth, I smelt it and threw it back on the plate, I couldn’t eat, it was so fattening.

“What did you do that for?” he worried.

“I’m sorry, but I feel sick, and I’m not hungry” I said getting up and walking away.

“Bailey, wait” he said.

“Why?” I questioned.

“Please just eat one piece” he begged.

“ok fine” I sighed, I sat down and slowly at the toast, it felt disgusting eating it, I felt like I was going to die, once I had finished that one piece, I smiled at Lucifer and then got up and went to the bathroom, I knew what I had to do.

“Bailey where are you going?” he asked.

“I’m going for a shower” I retorted.

“Ok” he sussed. I ran upstairs and turned on the faucet, I didn’t get in though, I needed to purge, I couldn’t keep it down, I didn’t want to, I leant over the toilet and held two fingers in my mouth, my first attempt I gagged and make a choke sound and then tried again.

“Bailey….” I heard constant knocks on the door.

“What” I said weakly.

“Let me in” he yelled.

“No way, I’m naked and showering” I yelled.

“I heard you choking, I’m not stupid, I know you’re not in the shower” he begged.
