Chapter 4

*still Jens pov*

I wake up feeling really overheated.

I open my eyes and see black; my hat is on my face.

Shit, I've been tanning!

I sit up like a bolt had shot through my spine.

"oh my god..."

"What?!", Demi turns her head towards me, "Ohhh..."

"Demi, how long have i been here?"

"Maybe an hour..."

"Shit, i look like a brick."

"I'm sorry, i was swimming; i didn't notice you were burning!"

"It's okay we just realllyy need to go."

" Yeah no problem gurl."

We start to pack the car up and drive to get some ice cream. After driving for what seems to be forever, we finally reach Dairy Queen. I actually don't really like their ice cream, but I don't say anything because Demi loves it, and she's just been looking so skinny lately. She couldn't be....nahhh. Not my Demz. After eating our ice cream we head home.

"*Made In The USA comes on* AHHHHH DIS MAH JAMM!!"

I start to take the wheel for Demi. Of course she starts to keek for her Lovatics. She's literally in love with them. She starts to dance like a weirdo to her own song. Practical Demi.

I turn into Dairy Queen and park really close to another car.

"SHIT!"

I bumped this other car. An old lady comes out that looks like a man.

"WATCH OUT FUCKER!"

I ignore the man-lady's responce.

"I got that on keek..." Demi says quietly.

"You gotta post that oh my god!"

"I willzzzz! Now what'daya want here? Lemme tell ya, the oreo blizzards are AHMAYYYZINGGG!!"

"Oh cool, maybe I'll get that."

We walk out of the car and up to the front desk. It's completely covered in bugs, boogers, and sprinkles...

"Ew." Demi shrieks.

"I know right!?"

It really was gross, but whatever...

"Demz u go first."

"Okeeee. I'll have a double chocolate blizzard with gummy bears, rainbow sprinkles, and hot fudge mixed in; can ya do that?"

"Um... Sure i guess"

I order the oreo blizzard thingy and we wait like 5 minutes for the ice cream to come.

A teenage girl with bracelets and cute dipdyed hair walks up with the ice cream.

"Here you ar- OH MY GOD DEM-!"

She starts crying.

"Awe baby whats wrong" Demi says as she looks into the girl's big green eyes.

"I love you so much."

"I love you too, and I mean it."

"Can i have a picture with you?" she wipes her tears and takes out her phone.

"Yes I'd love a picture! Jen, keek this!"

"Oh my god Jennifer Lawrence, I'm ganna die! You are so amazing!"

"Aww thanks so much, it means a lot!"

She hands her phone to me and i take their picture, while keeking it.

Demi walks her over to a picnic table and starts telling her something...

"You are so beautiful, you don't deserve this pain." Demi says while pointing to her bracelets.

The girl starts to cry.

"Life is so amazing, this is a phase, whatever is causing you pain WILL NOT last forever. I promise you this. Stay strong, you can do it."

Demi pulls her in close for a loving hug. She then walks her back to the door for employees and gives her one look in the eyes and waves goodbye.

We finish our ice cream and jump into the car.
