Chapter 6

It was Jen. I was over-filled with joy when I saw her, but then my smile sunk when I realized she was crying.

"Jen, what's wrong?! What happened?!"

Through sobs she manages to say,

"N-n-nick cheated o-on me..."

I didn't know what to say. Jen and Nick have been together for three years. Jen was even talking about how she thought he was going to prepose. I didn't know what to say, so I didn't. I pulled her in the house, shut the door and sat her on the couch with a blanket because it was raining outside, she seemed soaked. I made her some Sleepytime Peach tea. Her favorite, my least. So, I made some Peppermint for myself. Jen took a sip of her tea and started to explain,

"I-i walked in and I saw a girl making him something on the stove. I think it was pancakes....his favorite..."

Before she continued she put her tea on the coffee table, and sniffled a couple times. Once she re-grouped herself, she looked me right in the eyes and finished explaining.

"She turned around and she was only in boxers, his mind you. And an un-done button up shirt. Right then and there I suspected something. Nick came out of the bathroom and around the corner of the hall to see me running out the door and that girl packing up her clothes I'm guessing. I didn't stay to find out. I didn't know what to do so I just came back here, I hope you don't m-"

"Don't you dare. I'm your best friend, you're welcome anytime."

We spent the rest of the night watching That's So Raven on Netflix and cuddling on the couch. It was actually really fun. 

*the next morning*

"So, Jen. I have some family coming over in about three hours. I hope you don't mind, but I have something planned for you and Max."

"Yeah, cool that's perfect. I love Max haha. He's so funny. What should I wear for the accasion?"

She said "accasion" in a fancy British accent.

I laughed before replying back with an even better British accent. I've always been pretty kick-ass at those.

"Well, madame, something casual would be nice."

She laughed a lot harder than I thought she would. So, I laughed too, but not at my accent. I laughed at Jens laugh. It's the most contagious thing ever.

After about an hour and a half of Jen getting ready, her and Max take off. I officially have a little over and hour of nothing to do. I decided to do a quick LiveStream for my fans. Excuse me, my Lovatics.

I announced when my new single was dropping, and answered some questions of course. Jeez they can be so inappropriate sometimes. Well, all the time. But, I love them for it!

They make me so happy. Knowing that I literally have over 20 MILLION people that I can talk to whenever I need to is amazing. They're amazing.
