"Did you hear?! I heard that Bodil40 got accepted as the new general! And that King Sky himself will present the badge for his position!!"

"Really!?! Boy I wish I could be there, but I have to work.. Aww.. what I wouldn't give to see the king in person... I've heard he's the hottest guy in the kingdom!!"

"Bodil himself ain't too bad... Why are all the hot guys high ranked!?!?! Aww!! We don't stand a chance.."

"Sadly you're right... I wonder how Bodil reacted to finding out about this?"

*Ducks back around the corner*

I blush brightly, clutching my chest... The king?! He's going to be presenting the badge!?! I think I'm going to die if I embarrass myself there!!

Narrator's POV:

As the two women continue to gossip, Bodil is seen sprinting to the castle yard, where his ceremony would be held... He had just realized the time and didn't want to be late for such an honor.. He arrived on time, fixing his ruffled hair and adjusting his tie before smoothing down the suit he wears a lot.. Today is the day he becomes important! Even though he was born a middle class citizen he managed to work his way up to a warrior, and now he gets to become general!?! 'This all seems like a dream come true!' Bodil thinks merrily.. Walking over to the people who were making last minute adjustments.. "Oh! It's you, Bodil40 right?" A man with a bit of dirt and lower class clothes says, adjusting his cap.. Bodil nods, grinning happily.. "Yeah! But I don't mind if you just call me Bodil.. Afterall~! I wasn't always a high class, and I'm still myself~!" The man slowly smiles and says "Okay, Bodil.." Bodil smiles brighter and says "So what's going on here? What do I do?" A girl who was off to the side comes over.. "Why we ought ta make sure you're all ready ta meet the king~!" Bodil looks at her, she's a poor middle class.. Has a nice teal dress and seems happy... hmm.. Most people weren't happy with middle or low class citizenship.. She brushes away her curly brown hair and smiles brightly, her amber eyes lighting up behind her glasses.. "You mister seem real nice, unlike most folks, who'll just ignore us working back behind the scenes~! May I do a teeny adjustment to repay the favor?" She says, a silly grin on her face.. He nods and The girl sits him down and brushes his hair so it's nice looking, then adjusts his tie as the guy buffs his shoes.. When they're done Bodil looks very nice and he smiles thankfully to them.. "The name's Chibi Mister~! And this here's Ray. If you need us feel free to ask around, as we work here~!" The girl says, patting her smock on her dress, before they go back to working on last minute adjustments.. "Oh! And the king wants to see you.. Just head into the doors on the right and the butlers will help you out... If they're rude you can ask to see a guy called Siggy. He's the nicest butler there~! Just tell him Richi sent you~!" Chibi finishes, kissing Ray on the cheek before heading over to the decorations and fixing them up to the stage.. Bodil blinks in slight shock before walking to where the girl had pointed him.. Little did he know the two were giggling about his reaction.. "Works every time." Chibi says, sharing a mischievous glance with her best friend.. "Yep! People always seem to think we're a couple even though we're not..." Ray replies, removing the cap to reveal her mid-back length hair... Chibi laughs and says "Well It might not happen if you either stop dressing up as a guy or we can actually be a couple.. I mean we are both queer.. Well I'm Demi-bi, you're Pan.... But still~!" Ray sighs and says "I mean you do have a point, but isn't it more fun this way?" Chibi giggles and says "Of course Ray-ray~!" Then she pecks her on the cheek and skips off to tease Siggy about still being in the closet.. (A/N:This is literally just me and my friends without our birth names used..)
